Poor App.Working not at all. Always shows error encountered . Is there any helpline or customer care to solve the problem ? Please answer.

ये एप्प consumer id मांगता है जो मुझे बिल पे कही नहीं दीखता और न कोई हेल्प आइकॉन है जिसमे गाइडेंस हो।

DON'T USE THIS APP. Don't use this app bill amount not reflecting to your electric bill, there are no support for adjusting your pay amount, no helpline, no customer support, I have pay 1385/- and this amount deducted from my back account but this amount not recieved by MPPKVVCL system.

Worst app. Switching to freecharge. Freecharge is better than this and very friendly app.

I was not able to pay my bill from central bank of India via net banking option please remove this bug.

My transation failed and there is no contact number given in app to confirm my bill was paid or not

It often does not allows log-in and hangs. It is a recent issue. I am using this app since last years.

Always show message "sorry! We have encountered an error.please try again later."

फ्रॉड लगती है ये app मेने 2 बिल पे किये बैंक से बैलेंस भी गया और बिल भी पे नहीं हुआ ऊपर से app का कोई हेल्पलाइन नंबर भी नहीं है ......

I had been using this for some time until 3 weeks ago it started showing the "sarkari" approach. Now one can't log in and every time it shows "We have encountered a problem. Please try again after some time".

FreeCharge is far better, but Mppkvvc not interested to register with FreeCharge, Why ? To cheat in every transaction ?

I was able to access the app few days back, but it now hangs on login/sign up. Its only showing the loading sign but nothing is happening. Please fix this immediately. I don't know what is wrong here but i strongly suggest you should at least check whether ur app is even working or not? It is useless to me..now i have to go to online portal which is even worse.. Raise the standards.

"Quick pay" is bot working, error is coming. & Suggestions : (1) plz add "view bill" option as on your website... (2) Add option for "reminder" to pay bill before due date for saved accounts....Thank you very much

Consumer id- its the last 10 digits of your IVRS id. You have to use the last 10 digits or simply you can use the digits which are printed after the "-" in your IVRS id. For example - 9999999-1234567890 here the 1234567890 is consumer id for this acount

Great app..For those wo want to know their I'd u should see sms u get from board .If u don't get register for sms service ...very good app

The app should have more improvement as past bill details and compain desk Internet payment complaint status and good interface and information about live status why light gone in the area

The app is very slow and not easy to use.

No one knows how to find consumer no. This app is shit..

Good for nothing don't waste time and data

One problem is here before due date amount is less than last date earlier deposition not getting benifit.
