OBS Remote

Clearly a dead project. It works, with proper network setup, and it works well. Does as intended, but will not be receiving new features or fixes which sadly means no obs-studio support

Hey are you able to make your app OBS Remote a screen recorder for tablet as well Bill because all of my videos are lagging really badly when I use another app my Tablet is an Aundroid Ares 8 Lollipop version thanks for making the update if you can

This app does a good job. I wish the placement of the start & stop stream button was lower in the app because if you check a notification in the top drawer, you may accidentally hit the start/stop button.

Seems like as is everything in obs requires special version. Not support the obs.50b is required so a useless version of obs full of bugs. Great when it came out im sure but with no support its useless. Just use the chrome connect app instead. That app is probably why bill hamilton stopped working on obs remote.

I was hoping for it to work like OBS does but for mobile, too bad. Anyone know of am app that does?

it would be better if you could hit a tab and see the screen because i use a laptop to stream and its not powerful enough to run a second screen sonit would be really conveniant to have the screen in the app

At first I was having a problem with the app because it was stuck, but a simple uninstall and reinstall fixed it. Works perfectly!!

Looks like it would be good but can't gat to work. I put in my IP and nothing happens . it gives me a losing bar but then nothing :'(

It should say somewhere that the plugin it relies on only works with the old obs. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

It asks for an IP address if you go by what the creator says in his tutorial video but entering that will not yield results. Since my phone is using wifi I tried connecting via wifi on my PC so it is one network and entered my IP and still nothing. Any amount of help built into this app would be phenomenal.

This is an amazing application to take control of the standard OBS platform. I just wish this worked with the obs multi-platform program. And I also wish this worked when using a Bluetooth connection as one of its options then just strictly Wi-Fi. When I was using just the standard platform, absolutely loved having full control of the broadcast software and not have to leave it in the background and on my second screen.

How do you log in to the OBS host thing

When I keep pressing connect nothing happens and I tried alot of things to fix it but nothing worked at all

It kept loading and loading for 10 minutes so I got rid of it. Apperently no host names work.

No longer works. I tap on Connect, get the little loading animation but nothing else happens. I've re-installed OBS Remote on my PC and I've also re-installed the app. Nothing seems to be working. The OBS Remote website works perfectly though from my laptop. I would just prefer to control OBS from my phone. I'm using my Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, which has worked perfectly in the past.

I just started using this on my tablet. Right off the bat impressions.. it's amazing, super responsive! It makes changing around your sources layers a breeze. How did I stream with out this app! Super pro and NO ADS!! Thank you!

At the beginning it says obshost and I even tried the numbers this app gives and I can't get in I'll give five if I get help

I get annoyed when I have to get pretty far into the set up before it is finally disclosed that this is for Windows only. It's too bad, seemed like a great idea. Uninstalling.

please create a plugin for obs studio. also, landscape support for tablets would be amazing

I don't know what to do!

It's very easy to use and helps alot when I stream/record since I don't have a dual moniter setup! It'd be awesome if we could see what was streaming like the Web app.other then that it's absolutely wonderful!!!

I'm giving it three stars even though I can't use it... I've always liked OBS on the PC, but why do you need a host, what even is the host?!

Ikno its good but i need host name

I can have my phone run the stream so I don't have to alt+tab out and change things. Just add buttons for replay buffer this would be perfect.
