BILnet Mobile for Android
Latest updates breaks the QuickMoney QR function! (This is the second time a big bug gets introduced in an update.) Otherwise offers some very useful functionality (Quick transfers & Quick Money, ...) but has usability issues: Some UI items are too small for phones and the inactivity logouts forcing reauthentication with the token defeat the purpose of a mobile app. Also has a bug where QuickView fails if the app has been open for a while. (Have to force-close the app and restart it to get QuickView to work again.)
It used to work perfectly until the latest update after which I am no longer able to log in because it gets stuck at the log in page after I input my username, password and tokkeb code...
Great App that does r the job well.
Cannot log in, touch actions not working on input fields and submit button.
I wonder why would this app need to have access to the microphone? For the rest it works just fine. Many thanks for the reply!
When I'm on the "Login BILnet" screen, I cannot enter my informations. If I tap anywhere on the screen, nothing happens, I can only go back to the previous screen. So it unusable for me..
When $ character is present in password the key in calculates this character as double character and thereby not able to key in 10 digit password. Can you please fix this.
When a transfer is received I can't see the account from which it was sent (or maybe it's just me)

The fingerprint identification is missing compared to iOS which is really practical. And many times there are bugs or errors...not stable at all compared to the iOS version which works perfectly.
Every time it take me out automatically of the app after 15 seconds of usinf it. Im tired of that and many people claim the same problem...so bad for the costumer. Bad app in this conditions
I was very satisfied with the app, but recently it just stopped working. I have to re-enter my details(user,pw,token) everytime when I want to check the quickbanking, otherwise I can only click on suspend. Reinstalled several times and still not working. Please fix it.
Usually one can expect their bank app not to be the best, but BIL's app is really the worst! The design is well done, but It NEVER works properly! Most of the time you can't even login!
Quick view is very useful. No problems encountered so far...but I was prompted to post a rating just after the second use

Good feature set and fair interface. Constant delinking makes it very unreliable. Best mobile banking app I've used was from Qatar commercial bank check it out.

Faulty. Cannot log on
App now stable, and Quick banking is good, but keeps deactivating without warning, making it virtually useless. Why does it do this and is it possible to get a warning notification?
Last update fixed the functionality on LG G2.
Much satisfied with the GUI. Overall satisfaction is 100%.
Trying to access the functionalities with PIN. Correct PIN validating it, and no access to the screen after it stays on the pin page with the pin field in green ...
Splash page vertical, but app can be horizontal... Impossible to create new beneficiaries (error during signature)... Too bad, because the rest is actually nice and well-made. Yet I cannot accept any bugs in my bank app, it just has to work properly!
Edited: With the new update it is working fine, thanks for the quick fix. However, the efficiency is not the best hence I can only give 3 stars. Anything I do, I had to do twice to complete the task. For example: if I want to make transfer of the money, at first attempt it is taking me directly to the main page, then again following the same steps does the job. - Samsung S3

A nice and useful app, but not yet supported on Kindle

The new version constantly logs me out. For no obvious reason transfers or just browsing within the menus are interrupted and I have to log in anew.
The latest update brought improvements to the app but i am not able to scroll down within my transfers nor documents on m'y nexus 5. Hopefully the next update fixes this problem.
At least I can log in without errors, but in list of movements or any other interface where I need to use scroll, I can't. I slide the screen of my phone but nothing happens..Please fix this.

The app reflects the payments on post terminals, withdraws and payments by credit card quite late(few days later). I have experience with the bank app of ING and there at the moment I pay or withdraw cash I have it reflected on my app. Thats quite useful to check on spendings and to keep an eye on the credit limits.
