Would be nice to have a quick convenient way to check my profile and fundraising efforts, but the app force closes every time I open it.

Serves its purpose as far as donation tracking and simple profile viewing but... Serves its purpose as far as donation tracking and simple profile viewing but for this capability, it hogs ob 60mb of memory, takes eons to load, even on a Galaxy Note 3 and it has no way of exiting without killing it in the task manager. Bram is absolutely correct. The app does not exit upon attempting to back out as nearly ALL other apps do leaving one to force it closed. Ms Jennifer has been eating too many troll tablets and obviously hasn't worked her way around an Android phone much. Or perhaps she's just dating the developer?

App does not run properly. Constantly force quits. Website is better since it doesnt take room on your phone.

Nice idea. Poor execution. Crashes consistently and constantly.

This app deals with doing multiple rides better than the website does (I actually cheered when I saw "Change Event" in the menu)!

The iOS version of this app has more features. Seeing your team info would be a good start

I've been signed up for The Citrus Tour for over 5 months now and all this app does is tell me I don't have any events... What gives?

Better make sure it's right because there's no fixing it later. I'm stuck with a sideways picture. Not compatible with Facebook using Android. Cordova issue unresolved. Bugs never get fixed. Meanwhile I can't post for donations with this useless app. Don't waste your time.

It asked me to sign in every time. The donation total amount was updated real time, but the transactions were not?! Pretty much pointless to use it on the phone if I can't get all the info.

Now it says I am not registered for any MS events.

Okay so when I log in it times out and then I got through the process again and does the same thing. Samsung Galaxy 5. What gives?

No event listing descriptions. No route maps. No event details. No detail. No usable event info. No community features.

I just downloaded and already have issues. Sign in, and the session timed out stays on screen. Hmm fix so I can start raising my funds please.

Update: following developers suggestion to install right from my participant page, and not directly from the play store, I am able to get to both of my events without issue. Now, the app is working great for me! Original review: The app worked great and was easier to use when I was doing one event. But today I signed up for my second event and now cannot get past login screen: msg says event not supported. I sent email to developer, I will update this rating if it is fixed.

The app is easier to navigate than the website :) looks good. Can't wait to really try it out for 2014. Response to previous review. Most Android apps do not close simply by backing out. Um...no. Don't be mad at this one because it doesn't either. Get an auto killing task manager.

It took a long time after I registered to be able to login. Otherwise it's a nice simple app.

I installed this app after registering for bike MS. The app wouldn't connect to my account even after waiting several days. I initially had some difficulty getting help, but the publisher contacted me and worked with me to get the problem resolved. The app now works well. It's a little slow to load, but once running, it's pretty responsive.

Tried to open multiple times but it never worked - bummer.

I'm registered for the ride this year and it doesn't say I am. I also figured it would at least let me go the the participant center, but it just pops up with a message saying you are not registered and a button for close and go to website.

This could and should be a whole lot better.

Had to uninstall the app because I don't have much space left on my phone, and this app cannot be moved to the SD card. If my web browser can be on the SD card, then I don't see why this app cannot. If they make that one of the improvements to any update, then I would install it again.
