At BikeMaps we love biking as much as we love maps! Our goal is to map your cycling experience to make biking safer. You know your local cycling trouble spots and we want you to map them. Your knowledge of cycling safety, hazards, and even bike thefts will be analyzed using GIS and statistics to identify hot spots of cycling safety, risk, and crime. We are constantly updating our maps and technology, so send us feedback. And stay tuned for updated safety maps generated from YOUR biking experience.

Folks have to understand that this is not a "gps" type navi app but one that reports incidents to keep cyclists better aware and possibly helpbto advocate for better cycling infrastructure in the future by keeping record. Some folks have issue with their particular town showing unusually low incidents, again, this is vrowd sourced with those who have the app. The more who use it the better. Where I live it has excellent coverage but I believe it was created here in BC Canada.Don't give up, give it a shot.

Had to zoom out to about 100 mile radius to find anyrhing. Cities like Leeds and Manchester showing as four incidents. Will be good if it takes off but don't see point in running an app that has nothing to tell you.
