Please inform me. What the hell's going on.. I can't open this App. Alert "Please check your internet connection". My connection is fine. I can open web browser and internet app others. Really hate this App service

Try multiple times can't login. Request forget password and got reset it. Still can't login. Call CS hotline got answer to re-install apps. Try it but still can't login. Try another reset still error. Are you testing the apps and ready to launch? Very bad customer services
