I have droid law but it just is not there. I reinstalled several times. Please help

Works well minus the fact that one of the most important parts, the HazMat table won't load and causes DroidLaw to crash!

Not transportation info as it should be, just civil etc. Not for commercial vehicle enforcement!

It will not load on my Samsung alpha. Shows it downloaded but Droid law doesn't show it
