The navigation feature stopped working suddenly after 3 days. I tried resetting it but nothing happened. It also cuts the signature in half when customers try to put in their signature. I have a note 5 and I used it in landscape and portrait. Please fix it.

Using this app is so much better and a giant leap from waiting on a phone call for an order and getting a fax with the order printed on it from the restaurant that the customer​ is ordering from.

This app and the dispatch software associated with it, is pure and utter garbage.

This thing definitely needs work. Two bugs that bother me at the moment. First one is whenever I am in my car I am unable to switch tracks while listening to music when driver logic is on the main screen. Once I minimize or go to any other screen besides the driver logic app I am suddenly able to switch tracks in my car again. That definitely needs to be fixed. And the second issue is I am unable to choose the GPS app of choice. I'd like to use Waze since Google Maps sucks with accuracy. fix those two issues and five stars

Not fully integrated with maps...long time delay before transfer of app to maps. App continues to retain previous weeks orders which makes tracking current weeks orders very difficult...

It crashes all of the time....and its hit and miss wether I get a notification for orders, etc. Booo!

Terrible. Won't register my new phone. Gives no clear indication of credential failure. Have to double-authorize everything, but directions take you right into turn-by-turn navigation without showing you your route. That's just dumb.

I have so much trouble with the direction button, I have to push it multiple times before it kicks in. Most of the time I just have to go to Google maps myself and put in the address, which is time consuming when your trying to deliver something quickly! I will rate higher if this glitch is fixed.

Decent app, does what it's designed to do with minimal trouble. Only two complaints, the chat log has to be refreshed manually if a CSR replies while you are on the tab, and it would be nice to choose what GPS app it sends the directions to instead of just defaulting to Google Maps. (I prefer Waze over Google Maps.)

If you're having an issue with the app not showing you some of the tabs and displaying jumbled computer code at the top then you need to uninstall and reinstall the app completely this will solve your issue.

The app was loading fine last night, but today it no longer loads the tabs at the bottom of the screen and at the top it shows some of the program code.

I finally had someone add a tip onto an order, but we both had trouble seeing the numbers as its white text on a white background. So that definitely needs to change. App works well with google maps but im trying to switch to the user friendly Waze GPS app. How can i make it so that when i click on the directions it automatically opens in Waze instead of Google Maps? Ive tried to make Waze my default and its working on other apps, just not DeliveryLogic. Help!!!

For some reason, notifications just stopped and I must manually refresh my screen to even see any changes. When I'm driving these updates are crucial to my ability to do my job! Even when the notifications worked, there was no way to customize the sound. Also full address information, including apartments, needs to be in my home screen too!

As an on-call driver it is critical for me to have my eyes on the road and not hovering over the phone every 30 seconds to see if a new order has come in. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NOTIFICATIONS? Custom notification sounds would be nice to, especially for those like me who sound code their notices.

Three days ago the app stopped working. Company submitted Help Ticket. Fourth day, still can't get in after updating all apps on phone and uninstalling and reinstalling DeliverLogic App. HELP!!! I need app to work.

For some reason after the last update I'm not receiving notifications from the app any more. This is not good and I am not going to sit and stare at my phone while waiting for an order to come in. I sincerely hope this can be rectified soon.

Better now that the orders also come through as a text so I get an audio notification. Constantly staring at the phone for an order made no sense.

As a driver, I can't constantly refresh the order screen to know when dispatch sends me an order. Push notifications are essential to this job. Will change rating upon this issue being resolved.

About 2 days ago I stopped getting notifications sounds, every once in awhile they come through. I haven't updated my phone and nothing else has changed. I'm partnered with food now.

Can we get this app modified to work with the dual screen function on most Androids?

Crappy app. Request your contacts. Photos. Etc. Things that have nothing to do with the job. Very unresponsive. Directions button does not work.

Needs to be faster, have a better response time and sometimes vital information will not show up.

Did you remove the clock in/out feature? I don't see it on my app..

Works pretty well for most of our drivers, but business-critical updates can be quite slow. Add Tip functionality in the works has been a long time coming and is crucial towards going paperless, but we no longer receive any manner of ETA on it.

at least you can capture sigs again. that's worth a few stars.

I've deleted and reloaded and it just doesn't fuse with maps at all. Also, making me scroll through every order I've ever taken just to see fees on today's orders? No good. Great idea of an app. Most important stuff to me doesn't work right.

While the app is good, there are issues. Such as can see whole order, times are blocked out, etc. We shall see how the updates go...

On sunday when time goes in it freezes up an now that ive updated two days ago it's not let have the customer sign for his or her order? Other than I like this app! It's made me money,!

Updated... And now can't get orders because I can't "check in".. The app has become useless and support seems to take forever to get back to you
