I took a hair cut n it's the worst decision of my life

I am a regular customer of big stylist and being a privileged customer they provided me 100rs discount on my next services. Yesterday I booked my services but nobody called me. And today when I rebooked my services they only provided me 11 rs discount. WOW .. THANKS FOR 11 RS DISCOUNT BIG STYLIST. Lol..

After having enquired about its service from friends I booked its service for early morning. I got a call from their to schedule an appointment for afternoon or evening. Surprisingly, when I said that other timings are not feasible the person on call suddenly discontinued the phone. If I wanted the service any other time then why would I book it for a slot I actually wanted?

Hi This was the first time I have booked through this app. Good things first Excellent well experienced and v soft spoken beautician was sent named Vallerie. Really luved her service. Just superb. Bad thing Appointment was booked for 5pm beautician reached at 5.45pm cz she was informed about the 5pm apt at 4.45pm and to reach on time for her was next to impossible but she was still v fast in coming. Improvement Please provide the number of the beautician the moment the beautician is allocated so that the client can contact the beautician n confusion like dis can b avoided cz inspite of getting confirmation at 10am the beautician was informed about the order in the evening. Overall nice.

The amount which i got through app and customer care was less as compared to what was charged by the person after my hair treatment. It's not about money but things should be transparent since the begining.

Worst service.. seriously u shud stop this all... ur staff is worst... sana from getstylish andheri and her assistant they literally made my day worse... i paid for de tan facial 899+taxes and what i got she just rubbed my face like i rub with facewash... waxing she used choclate wax and left it all over on the floor looked messy... and also my sheet was dirty bcos of that wax... she did not cleaned up with specific oil properly... i had bath but wax was still there all over now m rubbing everywhere to remove it... meni and pedi she did not remove the dead skin from nails and chatting around while cutting my nails she plucked my skin out and i was bleeding and now its painful in that area... i am thoroyghly dissapointed... i have paid too much to get the professionals but they were the most unprofessional ppl...

First service was good so booked second services n was very upset at d stylist was not professional n was very arrogant. Made my place very dirty n was not hygiene. She was asking to gv napkins n papers. Can't suggest other if this goes on.Hope u train them how to behave n how to maintain hygiene.

My experience was good... Beautician Sangeeta from Pune arrived on time n did all the services like VLCC fruit facial,spa pedicure manicure, waxing very properly and patiently. But only prblm m facing is refer n earn...In my mom's phone I won't b able to sign in...So plz guide me wid dat.

I had booked an appointment and then it was postponded.. After the stylist reached my destination i had selected a package. She finished my facial within 20mins and said that it is a quick service. And dint used the product which i was assured with.

The refer and win service is fake..... I referred 4 of my friends and even they took service but i did not get any bonus amount for it.... I called them regarding this but no one helped..... I was asked to write mail to support desk, where i wrote 6 mails but no revert at all.they shud not put false commitments on the app

Truly hopeless. My mother got a facial done through big stylist and a few days later,she got facial herpes!! I'm not sure what kind of products they use, but this was truly horrible. My mom is still suffering. Do Not try out big stylist,its hopeless and unhygienic.

Pathetic is the word... 3 repeated cancellations due to the therapist falling sick or not being able to connect. Superb cover up by agents for lack of management. A good training school for faking customer service. Unimaginable pathetic... N then an automated response telling us to "Stay beautiful"!!! Lol

So first things first, I had asked for the beautician to come at 10.30 but she showed up 12.40. the call center never answers and then they call u in the middle of the session too. If u book a deep tissue massage, the same beautician will provide you service and expect nothing but a plain olive oil massage. Im not sure if they even know the difference between different types of massages. The hair cut was good so I understood she was just a beautician and not a massues .. my experience wasn't great. Will have to think before I refer them to some one else. Be careful guys.. u may not get what u pay for. Just to add, they have a total disregard for hygiene too. The comb the beautician used was not sanitized and I had to give my own for the hair cut..

Worst experience.... Please do not install this ap girls.. such a pathetic services .. they never answer the calls once ur appointment is fixed.. i called around 15 to 20 times to chk the beautcian where she is as my timing was gone, call centre no. alwz get disconnected. She reached by 1 hour late... Still i took the services again for my friend & same thing happened.. my friend is very upset

Worst, pathetic, waste of money. Today I booked an appointment for Fruit facial and wax in Koparkhairane. Beautician Jyoti did facial just for 10 mins, not even covered neck, back. Hand wax she did so roughly that skin came out. This was my first and last experience. I m going to delete it. Next users would suggest you please do not go with this app. Extremely bad experience.

Easy to book. Super convenient. I got a stylist named sadhna..she was quick, smooth and thankfully did not talk too much..overall good experience. But i have used it just once till now so reserving the 1 star. ☺️

Pathetic. The beautician was late by one and a half hour, she did work at her own sweet pace, half an hours work took one and a half hour, couldn't complete my order because I was getting late. No commitment, no response, no hygiene, deleting this app right now and never booking their service again. Would advise others also to not take it, ever.

Worst service ever... Booked an appointment of 12-1 and it's 2 and no response.. and when I am trying to contact you then you are saying it's traffic issue... I am not new to the city.. don't you dare to fool me.. cheater.. worst app..

Horrible service- nothing relaxing about the treatment at home!!! The beautician expects you to do half the stuff during the session and does not even complete any of the treatments! And feedback to the so called 'Patron Happiness Manager' who reached out for feedback doesn't even get you an acknowledgement after you give your feedback! Bettter to get up and go to a salon- atleast you get your moneys worth!!!!

Not that great professionals.... Booked eyebrows and facial for mother... Eyebrows was not up to the mark like very much dissatisfied and facial was ok. So guys better visit the parlor instead f trusting app

Wastage of your money.Their representative act like they are doing favour to you by providing service with low hygiene and manner lessly. Will not recommend not or will get service from them. Worst worst worst

Hi I booked a 999package. BEAUTICIAN Madhuri Chaudhari arrived . She did fruit facial which was relaxing n refreshing .an d than waxing was good. Pedicure was excellent which gives relief from pain , and in last head n shoulder massage was excellent . I felt good n relaxing . Overall whole experience is good.. Thanks to bigstylish

No commitment for service completion on time. My booking was moved to next day from when i had booked, no one turned up when i had called. Didn't bother to inform also
