Big Laundry

I gave 3 since I am happy with quality of laundry work, but not reliable at all. My 1st as well as 2nd pick was delayed. I called to remind that today is my pickup, but still no news. A laundry service has to be reliable, else it is an overhead. I hope to see improvement else this is useless.

I gave a coat for dry cleaning in the first week of December 2017. The coat was quietly returned with the hand seared (kind of burnt). The coat is worth Rs 15000. They settled for Rs 5000 compensation and Rs 3000 worth wash free. I keep calling them. I am tossed from one "manager" to another "manager" with no manager giving me the promised compensation. To rub salt on the sound, on 19 March 2018 they picked up 10 sarees for free service and they have not returned the sarees yet on 23 March. Big laundry is really big: big web site, big talking, and big cheating!

Worst service ever i faced , i scheduled a pick up a week before still no one reapind properly

Probably one of the most reliable laundry service around. Best in quality and great value for money. Even getting very prompt response from customer service. Hope logistics service should improve a bit.

Day 1 for a new user - no pick up happened today though it was promised. Outsourced last mile not tightly coupled with the core. Lousy experience with the First Flight courier who is responsible for pick up and drop. Customer can't be kept waiting. Accurate scheduling shouldn't be rocket science in today's day and age.

Nothing wrong with the service. But a 1 star for writing my name wrongly in the bills.

They have not delivered my wedding saree and I am not able to contact too. Not pickingy call and responding my email... Terribly stuck now..I want my saree back..

Useless app does not even record the order placed. No pickup even after 4 days. Which they spent money to employ more pickup guys then post front page ads on newspaper.

Horrible service from big laundry from Bangalore. They first didn't come in time for my first order Second order waiting since Thursday No one has come for collecting the clothes.The customer care from Chennai n Bangalore say that they now have no tie up with first flight couriers n have their own logistics. First flight couriers say they have a tie up to pick up.Whom to trust n give our valuables clothes n sarees. Big laundry is not managed by professional team work. Sorry to say this Butterfly brand-name is a trusted name but this laundry service they spoiling their brand name and should have ventured into this. Customer care don't receive calls after 6pm. Waiting for my clothes to picked up from Thursday n today is Monday n the time now is 6.30pm. Bogus SMS messages is sent by Customer care like U have rescheduled the pick up to the next day n also send messages like your house was locked n pick up guy could not reach you etc etc. This is not fair, Expect a very efficient pick up n delivery-- -- Dr Vijay kumar

No pickup and poor customer service

Pathetic service, after booking pick up day n time no one came on time to pick n next day called them 4 times but still no one is responding n taking the responsibility that will come n collect. Don't book this service m gonna ask mg money back

Please make the app interactive to show tge order listings and completed orders

The most horrible service..please don't give your clothes to big laundry because there is no guarantee whether your clothes will be returned back...and yes if u give your clothes here u need to have proof a cctv recording whether u have given your clothes to them....please give your clothes at your own risk...and the clothes which they took for dry cleaning is not at all dry cleaned properly...they have just ironed and returned it back....

One of the worst service ever. For dry cleaning it looks like they r just ironing and giving it back! When given for rework to remove stains, they look it as new order and asked to pay more money. They gave an offer for 10 clothes and only 5 clothes were taken for dry cleaning, when asked about remaining 5, they asked to pay 300 extra! Worst service ever! Don't get cheated by less amount.

A namesake app. Useless. All wrong data and lack of communication between various departments. Pathetic response since 2 months. U need to constantly call them n keep telling them about their mistakes . The pick up n counting does not tally with the figures in the app. We need to keep worrying about the clothes till we get delivery. No responses for the emails v send. Pls don't give referrals till you are satisfied or issues are sorted out

Arul is better in coordinating pickup and drop. Sometimes pickup or drop is delayed. Bit Arul will update me regularly.

This is for the Chennai outlet. Clothes are not washed properly. Stains on shirt collars & elbows same as before. Also there's a strong adhesive smell on the washed clothes. Not sure if it's due to chemical used in washing or the type of water used. Net result - I had to wash the clothes by myself again. Waste of time & money.

Dont ever prefer thier services. Waste of time and money. Pls don't pay anything the service is really worst. I'm suffering after paying for service. Each and every week I'm packing my cloths keep waiting for them but only after 3 or 4 days they will call for pick up. I'm working as HR and I need timely delivery but becaz of these people everything got spoiled. So pls don't waste time and get stressed. Go for Laudrex or any vendors.

Absolutely pathetic service. They set up services at our apartment complex, with very erratic service. Most of the days they do not turn up, and even when they pick up clothes, in many instances, return clothes unironed after 2-3 days. They blame this all on staff shortage, indicative of a cash crunch. Wouldn't put my money on them.

I stay at indra nagar,chennai.here their pick is bad.they promise everyday they will be coming and we make arrangements and final answer.they cant be able to reach us.if they cant atleast for sake we paid.y cant they stop makingfake promises.please do tell truth.everybody has been equipped with some work.schedule it and do it...
