How it works?
Cardiograph Heart Rate Monitor calibrate heart beat by tracking color changes on the fingertip that are directly linked to your pulse.
It maintains history record of the heart beat that you measure along with the notes, so that you can have a look over it later if you want.
You can also share your history data with your doctor,physician or friend via email by attaching it as a text file.

Put it on your wrist where the doc would take your pulse or directly on your neck. I do have one question...the beeps are each heart beat right? If so, I have an extremely irregular heart beat within normal range though.

I like this app. It's not real sophisticated, but then neither am I. My heart rate seems close, and I'm happy with it. Now when there is a way to put an AED in my phone I'd die happy. So to speak...
