Unlike other tools, CPU Monitor Advanced PRO is an advanced technical app which records historical information about processes running on your device. You can configure the length of the information capture. You can store and review up to 100 captures.
CPU Monitor Advanced PRO will even automatically begin recording information when an application exceed the set thresholds for CPU over a specified time interval.
You can use the information stored over time to identify trends in application behavior and to identify processes that utilize too many resources over a period of time.
CPU Monitor Advanced Edition is capable of manual and automatic captures or snapshots. The app can automatically start a snapshot capture of what processes are running and what amount of resources they are consuming.
The app also allows you to graph each process captured in the snapshot and you can graph the CPU, the memory and the battery drain.
The app also allows you to kill the process as well as O/S processes if your phone is rooted, otherwise it will kill only user processes.

Google Play Store is horseshit. Just set my phone down for 5 seconds and everything I typed disappeared!!! Idea is novel but app needs work. Documentation is virtually non-existent. Can't even get to Help website. Can't figure out what the Scheduler is for. Have mine set for 10pm every day of the week but my main screen shows last scan was 12 days ago. Makes me wonder if any of the scan triggers are even working . . .

I'm constantly looking for utilities that will show plots of CPU history of INDIVIDUAL apps. I know of no other app besides this one that does this. It is very useful for tracking down problem apps. The new "Real-time CPU Monitor" (the "Tasks" tab) is great! 5 stars!

Very good app, very versatile. I used it to find the app which drain by battery. I finally can have better battery life. Bought the pro version to support the dev. But I do wish it doesn't have to start recording when no previous history.

This is one of the most tailorable monitoring programs out there. It does use A LOT of CPU/Battery, but it TELLS YOU IT DOES IN ITS OWN CAPTURE FILES, so that is terrific and honest. I load it run it for a few weeks, correct the issues it finds, and uninstall until I have new mysteries to resolve. Highly recommend this monitor (and I've used them all: Gsam, BBS, 3C's, watchdog, OS Mon, Sys mon, etc).

Now I'm not exactly an idiot but this app should have a link to a YouTube video explaining everything. I don't even know if the info being shown is of any use. Dev, if you care about people getting use of your app, who aren't dev's themselves, create a YouTube video with a shortcut to it in the menu. As is i can't say I'm getting any use of this app.

I have been using the free version for a while and it's been giving me a great view of my phone OS status. It only make sense to support the project as well as take advantage of the pro functionality if the free version is awesome enough.
