Though it's useful.they don't manage their stocks .. many items gets cancelled. And we will. Come to know very late. I ordered when I am checking out 4 items got canceled and then in the night again I got message saying 2 more items cancels. All the ones I needed!

I love it because of its convenience. I wss using it ina different city and when I shifted, they hadn't opened up in thsi city yet. Now it is there hre and I can heave a sigh of relief. :D find the shopping experience too smooth. A few more filters can be applied for a couple of items though.

really helpful app. products are so nice. and we can get any kind of grocery item from this. i orders tomorrow some items the are really very satisfing. BUT there are having some littel misteks to this delivery that i order some biscutes and noodels and there are came some broken . thats why 1 star is missing from the feedback. but its okay.. otherwise this is realy very bujet frnly.. shipping charges are also not so much. they are also very chip.. and the best thing for this app that costumer can actully select the delivery date and ALSO time of delivery. this is very helpful and beneficial for the people.

Big basket has a good range of stuff. Have found what I needed most of the times. My only complaint is that every time one or two items from my basket are not delivered. Just look into this bit....rest u all rock

Started new money making strategy by automatically categorising the deliveries into standard and express deliveries. Even though the total bill exceeds 1000, we will have to pay ₹60 in total for both the deliveries even if we don't want them to deliver through express delivery. Disgusting .

They don't deliver within 180 minutes even if you choose the 90 mins express delivery option and at the end of 120 mins you've to call them and ½ an hour later they finally give you a confirmation that the outlet was closed. Better start looking for alternatives people. These guys WERE good- they aren't anymore.

I like shopping from Bigbasket and really appreciate the service they provide. But one thing I don't like is if express delivery gets delayed, they send emails and text messages to update me. I think email is really unnecessary there, only text message will work.

The instructions are never followed. Why bother providing a specific section if the intention is to send products by a default choice. Ever since the endorsement with SRK has been in effect, it looks like all their investment has been pooled in for promotions and none on customer service improvement. A shame! They used to be one of the better delivery companies during their launch phase.

hello big basket team, tell me one thing -is it a fault of customer if he buys a product from you and believing that the product is a branded one and has been bought from a renowned online store he does nt check it only to find out later on the pump used in the product is not working? since,it has been a few days i cant return/exchange it through ur app...tell me what sud i do..?i hd been ur satisfied customer...

No uniformity among delivery boys, some say you can pay by paytm others say no. Some will not give any change back. They want exact cash which at times may not be possible.

Hello Team, I am very disappointed on the service what you have provided on my order. I have ordered only 1 item on Sunday - 19 th Feb and I was suppose to receive the item on Monday - 20th Feb. However I haven't received my order either on Tuesday also and when I got a call from customer service due to some operational issue you and the item was not delivered. Again when I got the item on Wednesday the parcel was opened before the item was delivered to us. Waste of time and ordering items in Big Basket. You guys make people fool around and around

My first order was horrible,vegetables & Fruit's was not fresh, there was an hole in broccoli stem

No agenda against the app, but the service. 9 out of 12 eggs broken, wilted vegetables, late delivery. Not the first time this has happened. Big basket has really tested my patience. Happy to pass on my business elsewhere

The product handling is really bad. Almost all the time when I order milk in carton many get leaked and the guy just places the order outside tge door if you are not home. It creates a mess.

Pathetic service , order placed for express delivery slot given as 12 but till 1 pm order was not deliver and cs team told they will confirm but no proper response despite of many call 1st and last experience never go for big basket

Just dont order fruits or veggies 100% times there are technical issues and then you need to call them to get it done..... Amount automatically get deducted gor which you don't opt.. If you opt for fruits or veggies be prepared that some additional amount is going to be deducted from your wallet Just dont order fruits or veggies

I used to like big basket. Well, not anymore. Last time when I ordered, my online payment was successful but due to some problem in bb,my order was changed to COD and I had to pay cash on delivery again. They credited it to my paytm account later. But why would anyone pay online if they had sufficient cash? Again, today, to save my time, I placed an order. Some items were standard, some were express. But they canceled the order after 1.5 hours. And when I asked them to place again, the items I wanted in express were no longer available. Not a good app if you want to save time. You wait for the order to get delivered and they cancel it after hours. Then you have to go get your own groceries.

The specialty store delivery charges are exhorbitant , especially as tge ships are very near to where i live. Also wish the packaging used less plastic and more biodegradable material

Expect no Delivery charges for above 500 order as BB is a big e-commerce site. Little more competitive prices on some regular products. Overall it's a customer friendly and useful business app.

Never buy fruits and vegetables.. it's absolutely bad... rest of the stuff is okay provided they have it....

Service is getting worst day by day. Order are not getting delivered in time. Customer care is worst. Not able to help at all. The company runs by delivery boys.

Quality of fruits and vegetables delivered are not fresh.!! Its like they have freezes them for a week or more, and delivering them,.. Few of the fruits are spoiled also

ICICI BANK OFFER NEVER WORKS, TECHNICAL ISSUES NOT SOLVED FOR MONTHS, CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT OF NO USE, VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE.

Missing items most of the time, rotten n old goods, cheats customers, frequent payment failures, poor customer service.. Not seeing options to reply, I posted on Facebook with order numbers, but big basket deleted those posts instead of taking appropriate actions.

Delivery charges could be applied just once instead of each batch. We order it once only, its not our fault that its delivered in batches .. if there's an option to delete the products once it comes to the delivery time page it will be nice.

Good for groceries and toiletries..The vegetables quality is not up to the mark..Please don't order eggs. They usually come broken.

Don't buy fruits from BB. They are not ripened at all. I have had bad experience almost every time I ordered fruits!

Not properly packed.they even don't have a time to remove dust from the things and I got used deo...hate it...zero star

While adding items, you can't make sure how much you have to pay, becuase tax will be added later. Why not you show every item price including tax. This will make easy for customer to get exact estimate. Even every other app does like as I suggested. Try to manage free shipping, keep the app simple. Include reorder in the app. Confirm the order only after payment done from gateway. Change your app developers on immediate basis.

Very convenient. The service and delivery is good. Happy with the product quantity.But sometimes the app hangs and does not apply coupon even when the offer is valid.

I love shopping on Big basket.. it provides a range of options and easy door step delivery..Only issue is that if a few items of the order are on express delivery and few are not, the delivery charges are fully applicable on both.. if this would be split it would be great!!

Worst service... Promised to deliver in 90mins... Its now more than 4hrs and havent got the order yet..

First time I ordered vegetables from bigbasket and that were not fresh..just a waste of money
