BIDV Online là dịch vụ ngân hàng điện tử do BIDV cung cấp cho khách hàng. Khách hàng có thể thực hiện các giao dịch với ngân hàng qua ứng dụng BIDV Online được cài đặt trên điện thoại di động hoặc thông qua các trình duyệt internet mà không phải đến quầy giao dịch
Các tính năng chính:
Khách hàng có thể dễ dàng thực hiện các giao dịch với ngân hàng thông qua ứng dụng BIDV Online.
Các dịch vụ cơ bản: Vấn tin thông tin tài khoản tiền gửi, tiền vay; chuyển tiền; thanh toán hàng hóa dịch vụ như nạp tiền điện thoại, thanh toán vé máy bay, thanh toán tiền điện, nước, học phí, bảo hiểm…và nhiều tiện ích khác. Thông tin chi tiết tại địa chỉ http://www.bidv.com.vn
Chỉ cần tải ứng dụng BIDV Online hoặc truy cập vào địa chỉ http://www.bidv.com.vn để sử dụng dịch vụ BIDV Online trên điện thoại di động mà không cần phải đăng ký nếu Khách hàng đã sử dụng dịch vụ BIDV Online trên internet (Internet banking) của BIDV bằng cách sử dụng chung Mã đăng nhập, mật khẩu và phương thức xác thực giao dịch với internet banking.
Khách hàng có thể đăng ký dịch vụ BIDV Online tại bất kỳ chi nhánh, phòng giao dịch nào BIDV trên toàn quốc hoặc cũng có thể đăng ký trực tuyến tại địa chỉ https://ebank.bidv.com.vn/DKNHDT/
Sau khi đăng ký dịch vụ thành công Khách hàng sẽ được ngân hàng cấp Tên đăng nhập mà Mật khẩu đăng nhập để sử dụng dịch vụ. Khách hàng cần tải ứng dụng BIDV Online tại Apple store, Play store (Google store) hoặc truy cập vào địa chỉ http://www.bidv.com.vn để đăng nhập và sử dụng dịch vụ.

Customers can register online services at any BIDV branches and transaction offices nationwide public or BIDV can also register online at https://ebank.bidv.com.vn/DKNHDT/
After successful registration Customer Service will be issuing bank that Username Password logged on to use the service. Customers should download the application at the Apple Online store BIDV, Play store (Google store) or visit http://www.bidv.com.vn address to log in and use the service.
