This app is ok when it actually works

Great app.

This app has gotten better over time, I still think it could improve, but it's fairly easy and straightforward to use at this point!

Continously crashed when trying to put titles on hold. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Problems persisted. Uninstalled again.

Love it

It only works half the time. Sometimes you have to Uninstall it and reinstall it for it to work.

Just wanted to check to see if any books were due. Can't even get past the login screen and it boots me out. Even did a uninstall reinstall, same thing. What's the point of having a app for the library when you can't even use it. Someone fix it or replace it...please?

The old app was better , this one is to busy and it loads so slow...

I love how I can look up, put on hold, and renew dvds, books, or whatever in an app on my phone. It's so easy and convenient!

Just updated this app....much faster. Big improvement.

Awesome love this library

This app is essentially a copy of the mobile website except it is incredibly slow. Skip this and login directly to the website, still very slow but not as bad.

I used to love the library app. But since the update one of the things I loved the most appears to be gone. I can't check out a book on my phone any longer. That makes me sad. It also is much slower to load so it takes a long time for my borrowing to come up. Before the change this app was 5 stars. Now I'm afraid it's only a 3. Please change back to doing the things it used to do.

I use to love the previous app. It was easy to use.It's hard to navigate this new app and it runs so slow. It's highly aggravating. I find this app to be useless and perhaps the worst I've ever used. This app needs to be updated because it just SUCKS! I've deleted it and gone to using the pima county library website in my overdrive app. It's so much better!

In concordance with most of the other recent reviews, this app isn't as easy to use as the previous iteration. It would be nice if more options were offered on the main/opening page, a button to clear the search bar, if the loading bar at the top weren't so annoying to look at - just make it go one way or the other but not both ways from the middle, and a back button to return to the previous page rather than just having to use the back button on the phone.

This is the sorriest app I have EVER used. It is incomplete and excruciatingly slow. I love this library, but hate this app. I couldn't even bring myself to give it more than one star, and that is one star more than I think it deserves.

It crashes while performing a search. Super slow before crashing. No clue if it's as good as the old app in other aspects (it crashes before I can do anything), but guessing someone was trying to save money by moving to this app (another joy of paying low taxes in AZ - not enough money for public services and maybe it was this or close down more branches). Shame they couldn't keep what worked.

I have apps to save time. This app desperately needs an option that doesn't require loading pictues of a cover for each book....I don't need a photo, I can read...I don't want to have to wait while the app spins and is "loading"

Very helpful app for me. Has all the info I need when away from my pc. I agree with other reviewers that it's slow, and it's a pain waiting for the graphics to load. Especially when scrolling through a list, waiting every time for the pictures to load is frustrating. Maybe there could be an option in the settings to turn them off. That would make it a 5-star app to me.

All I wanted from this app was to be able to scan my library card, enter my pin and be able to scan the book I want to renew. It seems like this app is just their website which I can already access with my phone and it doesn't take up my storage space.
