The new update does not have a good recommendation area. I cannot put in titles to recommend anymore, just browse what they have. I would like to be able to recommend audio books in certain ones.

I now love this app. It works and gives me quick and easy access to the library catalogue, and my account.

Easier, faster, and more useful to just sign-in to your account on the KCLS website. Plus if I want to download an ebook, you have to download ANOTHER app (Overdrive) to download & read. More hassle than it's worth. Uninstalled.

I had an iphone and never had a problem with this app. Just switched to LG android and it keeps making me log in (used to just keep me logged in auto) sometimes it logs me out when switching pages and the my borrowing page has yet to actually update, it keeps saying i have nothing (but when i look on my iphone which i still have just hooked to wifi it displays my numbers everytime) i dont know why it doesnt work on android but its annoying

I'm a big supporter and user of the library and it is so frustrating to think our tax dollars were wasted developing such a worthless app. What is the point when you can do everything you need on the mobile website and practically nothing on the app at 1/4 the speed? Honestly this is the first app I have been compelled to rate 1 star. I can only hope major updates are coming...but at what cost? There is so much more work to do.

Works to search, but don't try to look up any of your account information. Used to wok better months ago.

It's better to just use the internet. This thing only loads your info 10% of the time. Usually it just times out.

I wait and wait and wait for this app to load and it never does. This issue has gone on far too long and now I'm deleting this app.

Why does it say "you are now signed out" every time I go to a different screen?

Used to work great, now it barely loads your info and/or times out.

Most of the time it doesn't work. When it does it's very slow.

This app freezes and malfunctions all the time.

The log on menu is hidden, and after logging on, if I try any other action, it logs me off.

Super super super slow

Good app to checkout and hold books online. Easy to pause holds too.

I've used this app for a couple years and it's always been great. After the last update, though, it's become unusable. I'll try to place a hold on an item and it takes so long my phone shuts off. I hope they can fix it soon.

Can't seem to hold books when I'm not connected to wifi.

Nothing works on this app anymore! ETA in June, now placing a hold has stalled and just has a circle "loading" for 20 minutes then get an error and it crashes. Can't even get home page to load.

Can't complete simple tasks such as placing a book on hold.

It works but is really slow.

Doesn't show my holds, checked out items, nothing.

I can't believe people install this app. It asks for every permission their is. All your info goes right to the overlords! (If the is not true, then get rid of all the app permissions requirements)

I got this app for the "My Shelves" to track what KCLS books I've read, and to see my next due and recent returns. The app cannot seem to connect to the KCLS database since it keeps saying "no books on hold" or "no recently returned books" or "no books on your shelf" yet I hae returned 3 books in the last two weeks alone and I know, based on the actual web site, that I have 2 books on hold. This is a terrible app with an ugly interface that is virtually non-navigatable.

This app, like the kcls online experience in general, has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. The slowness is so bad that it's often unusable. I hope someone reacts to these comments.

Make sure to visit the library BEFORE using this app so you have a book to read while you wait for the app to load. Zing!

This app really doesn't work at all. OK, so it does work it just takes 3 minutes and 30 seconds to login. I can't believe it, but it does. This is like infinity to me.

Could not place hold on books

Good as a digital card for checking out but that's it. The interface does not show my checked out items. Just says I have nothing out, which isn't the case. So I can renew from the app. :/ needs help
