Really slow

It functions correctly, but it's a little slow, which is strange because I have a healthy diet of Google Fiber.

Needs an update. So slow. Running on an S5, doesn't matter if it's on wifi or network. Still a major lag. Very frustrating.

Just too slow. And I'm on a Galaxy S7 with a 5g Wi-Fi connected to a Google Fiber line. So it's most definetly not on my end.

Lots of bugs, slow once you are logged in. Must restart app to fix most of the slowness.

Couldn't even use the app. Just showed a white screen with the Johnson County library logo

Haven't been able to see anything after logging in for a week or so. Fix it!

The function suddenly stopped working a week or two ago.

When i tried to open it it just shows the opening logo. (Android) the old app was better

I use this on an iOS device also, and the android version is lacking: it constantly asks for you account info, it takes too long when loading My Library, and it uses GPS for some reason but doesn't turn it off after I kill the app which kills the battery. I have to restart the OS to stop it.

On a Nexus, download failures occur frequently. Very frustrating to use.

App doent work , no place to add your account or search on android phone

I just got an LG phone and this app no longer allows me to log into my account.

Hour awesome to reserve your books while wandering the bookstore or watching tv!

I am unable to log into my account.

Don't know how to bring attention to the app developer about the problem which the menu button does not show up on the phone, and I emailed the library with no response. The button does not show up when the W and L ratio isn't 1:1.6. The resolution on G3 is 2560x1440.

Great mobile app for library catalog, your account, etc. I have ave on my phone and tablet.

Prior phone I could see account and search from home screen. Samsung Galaxy s5 doesn't have this? !

The interface feels a little dated, but overall this app lets you do what you need to do - quickly search for items, put items on hold, check due dates, check holds, and recheck items. Thanks to the JOCO Library for this handy app.

Always a useful app. For any Galaxy S5 users I finally figured out how to get the bottom menu. You hold the left touch "button" and it'll pop up.

What the heck?!? Yes, this app had some rough edges before (cough, renewals, cough), but for the most part it worked. With the latest update, the "My Library" section (the most critical part of the app) is completely broken. My holds list, my current checkouts, everything...all shows as 0. PLEASE fix this ASAP!

Johnson County Library is awesome and this app just makes it better. You can do most everything with this app that you can do on the webpage but it is much more convenient. The "refine search" button makes it easy to apply filters to existing searches (line Audio CD). I would like to have a hyperlink on the author's name to bring up more works. Overall a great effort that augments an already great library system! Thank you!

All holds and checked out items are showing 0 after latest upgrade.

Buttons on bottom of the home screen are not displayed with s4 phone.

Did not notice significant performance improvement over prior version. The UI still has room to be improved, such as making the buttons bigger to be more finger friendly, easier access to library card bar code, and allow users to make 'My library' on start screen.

A little slow sometimes, but overall it's a good app. It's a lot easier than getting on the computer.

If you use the JoCo library at all, this app is a must!

I use this all the time to look at my queues/due dates/hold lists. I prefer to use the website for doing research but if I know what item I am looking for I have never had any problems using the search feature. I love this app.

Loads new book info & graphics for them 1st. Takes me about 3 min to check my acct for holds,due, overdue. Please load acct info 1st or give options.
