I love this app, I truly do. But I feel like there should be better linking between series. Like if you've just finished one, you'd be able to go to that book and find the link to the next book in the series in the same format you just read it in instead of having to do it the long way by looking up what's next, seeing if the library carries it, and then seeing if they carry your preferred format. I feel like it's a feature that is desperately needed.

It used to quite quick. Lately it's taken close to 5 minutes to refresh after putting a hold on something. I gave up on another search because after another wait of almost 5 minutes, it was still searching. I may just go back to using EPL's web site if there's no improvement in the app. EDIT: Oct.15 - It seems that now I have to turn off data to get to the next page. App has been uninstalled. I'll stick with the web site.

About every two weeks the app decides it doesn't like my login and locks me out. I've had my login saved on the app correctly and suddenly it just won't work.

Great for using your library card, placing holds and searching for items.

It's pretty good, I can get books and games sent to my local library. Plus it's free, great work put into this! ????????

Great access to the library, easy to find books and have them delivered to my nearby library. Even has access to e-books.

Great app! The resources of the library are at my fingertips. Anywhere... Anytime!

Few months ago ran into the issue of it saying its available. I get there and they have no clue where my games are. Stopped going. Recieved a random email basically sayimg havent seen u here in a while. So i hold 3 titles I was interested in... One they say they sent to someone else who put it in hold (except I put it on hold when available) and the other 2 are nowhere to be found still. 3 hours later i check... Says available. This is why I stopped going. Library card may be free but my truck fuel is not

Slow, and show incorrect data, be careful if you want to use the app to renew your items, should do it from Epl website instead. For sure the developer introduced the bugs is to blame, as no such problems before

Cant even view my account at all.

The app was working fine, and would have gotten 4 stars, but has suddenly stopped showing my account information. I can't see my holds, my currently borrowed books, anything! All I can do is put holds on and do searches. At least I can still use my barcode. I would very much like to see my full functionality returned, as it seems like a waste of an app if all I can do is put on holds, without being able to check the status of anything. I have already tried removing the app and reinstalling it, but no go.

Just installed and was able to do what I wanted and it was fast. Buggy log in screen says login info is wrong when I know its correct

Now I can renew the book I was just reading right after the initial shock of remembering that it's due in four hours! Yeah! Also, the barcode feature is really cool. I just wish it was more easily accessible!

It's quite a bit faster now. Sometimes I cannot renew a book unless I go online to find out others are waiting for it. Would like to see this info on the app itself so I'd know it wasn't a glitch. Also would like to be able to renew audio books from the app itself. Also would like to give my opinion on books instead of just being able to give stars. Please enable this function EPL!

Last updates fixed some minor but very annoying issues, great job. Getting better.

Sign in option should not be hidden in a sub menu. Refining a search is painful as it is only possible to select one category at a time.

It's alright a few things just need to be fix other wise it works fine and gets the work done

EPL shouldn't require so many. Reduce to necessary only and maybe I'll download it. Not until.

Why does this app need access to phone, photo, camera, and call info?

Looks beautiful and works like a charm on both my old Galaxy Nexus and my Asus tablet.

Works fine. Just wish useful things like "my barcode" weren't hidden deep down in a sub menu. Don't understand how that increases usability.

After the last update app will only show 10 holds I have placed, even though I have 50. No amount of refreshing/reloading will fix it. Still unbearably slow, easier to just go to the website...on my phone...Honestly, I've tried using this app off and on for years...not sure whose baby this is but it might be time to let a new team give it a go.

Not very intuitive, sign in option should not be hidden in a sub menu. Takes too long to load and refresh. The iOs app is seamless, Android can't compare.

When I try to use this app either it is so slow that I usually give up, or it doesn't even show any information at all! So frustrating as I know that this app for Apple devices works extremely well. No excuse for why it can't work well for Android.

App will permit me to log in and hold items for pickup, but will NOT let me access the list of items out on loan OR renew anything. If I have to use my mobile browser for that, what's the point? Great library system poorly represented by a terrible app.

The last update has messed up the app. Very frustrating using the app on Android.
