Biba for Android
Conference Calls
Biba takes the pain out of conference calls starting by making them easy to schedule from Outlook, Google or other work calendar. Logging into the app offers powerful features like "we call you", remote mute, and a call roster to see who is on your call. Meeting attendees who don't have the Biba app can still join using a dial in and passcode the Biba sends out immediately prior to the scheduled call.
Contacts and Presence
Biba automatically builds your contacts based on your organization and who you meet with. You also see their availability so you can instantly know if the are available to talk or when they will be free.
Messaging
Biba Messaging keeps you connected to all your important conversations, all of the time, and from all of your devices. Stored message history means you will always see all of your important conversations on any device. Delivery notification lets you know if your message has been read, and Biba Rooms let groups of people all be part of the same conversation.
Administration
Built for Business, Biba is loved by users and is easy for IT. Because Biba is built similar to consumer applications that users are familiar with, it is easy for employees to download the app for free and get started right away. But for businesses who need additional administration tools, those are available for free as part of the Team plan.
Screen Share
Biba delivers a powerful but simple screen share experience, with HD quality display and roster features to show who’s viewing your screen. Meeting attendees without the app can view the screen share with their browser using a meeting web link.
Biba, the only freemium, all-in-one communications app for business. Communications bliss.
Great app!
Can someone please help me
... Weirdly old fashioned; it looks like it was written with the original Android SDK.
This app really gets conferences right and I'm switching to it fully for that. The rest of the app seems a bit sluggish compared to other messaging apps though.
There is no backhround sync..is there any reason for not adding dat
In 15 days biba occupy 20gb space of my phone, i am not sure what it is doing, is it a spy app or something like that?

Am not getting notifications if I receive any msg. Calls obviously I get, no prob with it.
Hangs, takes ages to connect on 4G, takes years to list contacts.
Biba sucks. Kept crashing my Outlook. I'm switching back to Skype.

It's good app
It keeps on crashing. My company uses Biba extensively. It is now a pain for me to open by laptop to take Biba meetings. Please help.
My mom likes it
It is very nice app . I enjoy it very much
Very nice app
Nice one...
For an older version
High
It is going in the right direction, but it is not mature yet. Chat rooms have no good notification control, no way to automatically enable bluetooth, buggy around bluetooth/wifi dual use, and no non-android linux client. On top of that, the communication, both by text and voice, is a bit laggy. Just not ready for the Enterprise, which is their market.
The feature set has been growing, and it's really good. One thing I would like to see is the ability to set a "vacation mode" so it doesn't ring on days out of the office. On Android, it always seems to be running.
This chat client is even more closed then Skype. No XMPP support, poor desktop clients, no Linux support, can't use a browser to create an account. Use Hipchat instead.

Sounds like a good idea, but just crashes repeatedly on my HTC Desire HD running Android 2.3.5
And still growing...
Awesome app, no more waiting for people to dial in or that one person who can't figure out the mute button

* Doesn't sync new contacts and rooms from mobile to desktop. * Call invite pops up hours after call was ended. * Old chat messages come up as unread even if they're already read. * Outlook integrated automated room call or manually initiated room call doesn't come up for all members in room.
