We Read

I had paid for a book but as soon as the amount got deducted from my esewa account...the app closed down immediately showing no acess to download it...worst app ever..please don't waste ur money ,time and effort here

i bought a book for 2$ three times. same book. paid but no books to show. tday i tried a book for 7$. paid. still no book. whom to contact where?

You have a lot of expectations from us but at the same time, keep it simple. And ofcourse, if price is not under Rs.50 i would myself and tell evryone to buy a paperback verson insted of this app.

I purchased 4 books from your online store via PayPal. I uninstalled and installed we read app. But all my purchased books are gone. This is not done. Please suggest me. Worried.

I paid for a book kahar,but still cant download it.Can u please look into it.

This is worst app. Don't buy any books. I bought one book using Esewa. Money was deducted but i didn't receive any book. Also no reply from customer support. Don't publish app if it doesn't work. At least reply.............

I paid money to buy a book and now its not under my account . I emailed them twice about the lost book and now i cannot even log into the app. Just took my money ... worthless app

I have downloaded in ipad but i cannot purchase book...... only 2 star coz of ios version.

The app, in nepali context, is very thoughtful. It is very simple but looks too cheap. Visual improvements is a necessity. Upgrade to Google Material Protocol, add more features to viewing experiences. Settings should be even more powerful. Addition of night mode is thoughtful move. Take lessons from other e-readers and increase the library including daily newspapers, magazines and articles. Wish you all the best.

I reset my mobile and i can't able to retrieve my purchased book. I email also but no one can respond.

Add some background theme like other eBook reader so that it would be convenient for reading and for eyes also. Do it faster.......

Book's price should be far less than its market price otherwise readers would prefer reading books by buying it from market rather than on this app.

Nice app but i want to suggest something.1.there should be at least some pages free for to read as trial.2.Make page transition animation for a better reading experience.3 payment should be available via mobile operator

I'm happy to see this app in nepal but it needs to improve much more.it should have to add more free books n add low price compaired to market price.one think if i buy n dawnload this book once n i uninstalled the app my book n cost lost so if i want to download this app n automaticaly this book should have to give me free synchronization of previous purchase books.

But just we can't read the book for a trial(limited time) with less money and just we can't read the book for free? AND also I wanna say that to make the app read the full book automatically cozz many people's time can be saved. And also 2 make the app minimise the size and

As it is the first app of this type for nepali readers,its loving apps..thanks you "the developer team".....if the price of the books are a little bit low than market price it will be more better and also the mostly magazines would be available here...

Definitely is a good app bt feels like just is starting....no trial readings and some more features...alwz says 'unfortunately we read has stopped'.....plz fix it and add some more features......in my samsung s4 version 4.4.2
