Fresh install on HTC desire HD...no selection available in category and payment method option....

Folks, it is the best and simple daily expense recorder with no extra calculations but the main drawback is i couldnt retrieve my expense log after factory data reset and lost a one year expense log which i cannot retrieve now. Please team, help me out!
