Yes ,some times caller's name automatically goes off. People unchecked the SM BOX. If you don't want your message to be read out loud then uncheck the lower volume if you don't want the volume to be loud vice versa

Good app but when on a call the message gets read out loud and is very disturbing. Can't figure out how to turn it off while on a call. Also caller name is not announced until end of last ring
