Best Android tanpura I could find

Superb tanbura sound quality! Only one thing. It would be nice if you have a Calcutta style STEREO profile. And Please include some Lows(Base). Especially the Calcutta mono profile sounds very shrill.The Miraj stereo profile beats the Calcutta mono profile in bass. But still, The Miraj profile (stereo) can be better. But love it..... Eagerly waiting for the update.............

The sound quality is very good. Best out there for android so far. Still does not come close to professional Apple app. Hard for me to believe if you are actually trying to market and make money on this app, that you not update the app icon and user interface. Please do.

Very good sound. and user interface.Only problem I'm facing is Phone will restart for every 20 minute after launching the app. Hope I will get solution. I'm using Android version 6.0.1. (On One Plus two device)

This Tanpura app is the best on the store, hands down. Only that I find when I multitask, the sound becomes choppy. I'm on Leeco le 2, Running Android 6.0.1, please fix this issue. 5 stars anyway since the app deserves it.

Hello, I am using Bheema tanpura on Android 6.0.1 Moto g4. It works perfectly fine but when I press home key to switch to another application sound starts cluttering. Kindly remove this. The clutter continues till I go to application back. Similar clutter when run in the background. I hope this will be solved soon.

I have some problem in background playing this app. In background playing sound very badly interference . Please update this. And please inform mi when your update this app

First of all, I'd like to thank you for this app. I love the app very much. The output is awesome, yet if some more bass effect is added, the output will hold a place of exemplary.

Superb quality, exactly sounds like Miraj made tanpura. Also i appreciate the perfection of sur that is taken care of. Hats off to the developer. I would surely recommend this to my buddies learning classical vocal

The sound is as authentic as the original Tanpura. Totally recommend you to buy this if you are stage performer.

Sound quality is good...As wel as apple phone"s taanpura application....now add Swarmandle in many ragas.

It was great on Lollipop but on Marshmallow (or Nexus 5x?) the sound gets completely choppy when I close the app screen. This is a show stopper for me. I would also love to see the max volume bumped up. This app is brilliant - certainly worth five stars but these quirks are pulling it down to a three. Hope they're fixed soon

Good sound, decent settings and UI. Sound can still improve as compared to the real tanpura. Though it's much better than other tanpura apps which sound artificial. Waiting for a decent tabla app from you

Mandra saptak sound for C# scale is not clearly heard. In perticular mandra saptak ma and Ga. Please fix it. Thanka.

Thank you so much, Mukund, for taking the time and effort to create this app. I have tested it by playing the taanpura along with some of my favourite classical pieces and they do absolute justice! Rich tone, 6 strings option and high level of customization makes Bheema the best taanpura app till date. I'm waiting for a taal maala app from you :) Cheers!

Bheema Tanpura doesn't have the patchy tinny sound quality of most Tanpura apps. Hope it is purchased widely by most HM and CM musicians as well as enthusiasts like me! At Rs 160/- it is a steal.

Love the sound quality and features. Also special mention on the prompt after sales support/bug fixes over the last year and a half since I purchased this app.

Add some Base. Even on speakers it's sounds thin & harsh.

Rich tanpura sound..would be wonderful if you introduce the swar mandal feature in the coming versions..

Easy to use, and i think the upgrade is better tuned. Thank you. I wish it would turn off when I answer my phone, some eq might be nice too , as phone speakers are a bit tinny. It sounds amazing through external speakers.
