Shipment Tracking App

Delivery is so worse It is very slow...... Almost I have used all courier services......but I found DTDC, BLUEDART are the best courier. The provide very fast shipment& there tracking is also so convenient & easy Some how Professional courier are also better............. But till now worse courier is only ecom express

If there is negative star then I would had given it ...... Site doesn't work . Tracking id doesn't work invoice id doesn't work. Your company soon will get shutdown before that sell your company (if anyone buys it) ... All the best....

Worst app. Photo placed on app looks that you guyz only focused on ur pic not to services. Caryy on clicking such picture. Dont wry abut ur services it will remain poor

The worst Courier Service is provided by Ecom Express. I came to know this company through Flipkart, it's the worst. Tortoise would better do the delivery service better than you. You deserve minus 5 star.

Had a very bad experience. Delivery boy didnt came and they used to say my house was closed. Fraud company

Very bad experience from this courier company.1st I ordered in paytm they delivered a day later than the estimated delivery(12 days), then I ordered in Amazon which promised me to deliver in 7 days and again Ecom delivered the product to me on the 9th day. Amazon used to deliver in our area in 4-6 days. Amazon ruining the customer service by partnering with this low quality delivery service company..

Home delivery its not available in Nagaland Dimapur still... there is nothing difference between blue dart and Ecom Express both are not available home delivery in Dimapur. kindly come and collect your parcel from Ecom Express,,,I don't wanna hear this again.. Please???!!!

I would like to suggest something to the company if you guys can't create a app/web page to track order then why the hell you people running this company plz shut it down.

It's a very slow and time taking or you may call it time wasting in concern of its services which are very poor . I'm just pissed off it .It should deliver the courier within 2-3 days whatever location it may be but it never does this.

On my location gati is best it is so slow.Gati took for the same order 4 days but the economy express took more than a week. Actually first time item I returned from Gati courier then again I reordered that item this time economy express delivered and took more than a week.

The delivery speed is really slow. Needs a massive work on it. Otherwise good.

There is no option of auto save of tracking id in the app as like as fedex app. We have to put tracking id every time. But Courier service is good.

Super fast delivery by Ecom Express. Ordered two different items from two different sites. Both were delivered by ecom. That too way before expected time(7 days before). Keep it up. P.s.- I'm not rating the app,I'm rating their service.

Delivery time is perfect but their online system timing is much advance than delivery, i got my delivery on 26th of month but online tracking shows me the delivery done on 25th, soo that thing might be create confusion to customers

But returning item is so hard to resend ,ecom officers do not responding in jammalamadugu

Worst app worst service they dont even have any branch or office as in branch finder i tryed with almost 10 pincodes of like park street kakurgachi Dalhousie barrabazar but everytime its negetive cant trace any local phone to contact i got a text at 1pm my consingment is out for delivery but till now its 8pm i m still waiting no call no delivery i must cancle the order cany understand y flipkart is using this kind of courier

I had ordered a parcel in indiarush, they have shipped through ecom express. Instead of delivering the parcel, they keep on sending the sms say that consignee is not at home, and finally the parcel has been sent back. And one very good person from ecom express said me after I called him about the shipment that the shipment is called back by indiarush. So guys this is my experience. So be careful if any shipment is send by ecom express

This is good but i can track my order by AWB No. only........ if i track with ORDER NO. Suddenly it stops....please fix this type of problems....
