Recipes Pen Cake

For the most part these came out tasting really good. I sprinkled some cinnamon and added a tsp of vanilla. I also cut down a little on the salt. My mistake was adding a whole banana to the mix. The chunks of banana left in did not cook and stayed moist and raw tasting. Cutting down to Half a banana would have made these perfect. A little less milk too to make them thicker.
