Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe

A labor of love over the years to figure out how to make my favorite Cajun Pasta dish that's found at The Cheesecake Factory. I believe It's a success! It's really, really hard to stop eating this heady dish..
This was really tasty. I made it for six servings and used 4t Cajun seasoning instead of the 6 the increased ingredient list called for; only b/c we had a guest with the palette of a child.
There was only a little left over and I had those mixed w/green peas for lunch the next day. A keeper.
