Day of Week Indicator

It still works, for those who click it to set it up do this. Uninstall, reinstall, turn airplane mode to disconnect all internet access, now click the app to set it up. It will now place itself up on the toolbar. Once its the way you want it turn airplane mode off for your confections to come back on.

End result: Does what it's supposed to do. Much room for improvement. Why do I need to go to Wikipedia when app is opened? It interferes with turning the indicator on/off. Text needs to be a bit larger. I would like to be able to opt for 3-digit text, Thu instead of Th. Not perfect, not great, but ok for now.

The app is what I want but should have option to just show the day info larger. It is too small to read.

As soon as this app is opened it goes to Wikipedia page for the current date....not useful at all !

I use timely but they won't fix it to show the day of the week on the lock screen widget. This tiny app gives me the day in the notification bar on my lock screen. So it's perfect for what I need. Thank you.

Lately it wouldn't change days without restart. SGIII I assume Samsung changed something but it's working fine again now. Perfectly simple and does what I need. Great app! I really like having this in the status bar.

Doesn't stay on the notification bar. Randomly disappears and can not access the calendar from the notification bar icon like it says. Droid eris

Full date info can be shown on notification pull menu. For example, Friday 7 May 2010.

Calendar in status bar is better cuz of day included
