Beyond the Rack

As a previous user indicated: doesn't work any longer. It did and it was great. I kept getting something went wrong with the icon to "go home" but nothing happens when pressed. And this has been going on for the last week. With this, and the fact that I've been waiting for an item since January to arrive. I have switched to Amazon after being loyal to BTR for years.

Disappointed to find the app no longer works. After taking some time off from Online shopping I was excited to re download my favorite app in search of bedding. But doesn't allow me to login. And after reading the comments and reviews, seems it is a waste of time to keep trying. RIP Beyond the Rack. You will be missed

Im the one who loves beyond the rack but its been a month now and the app doesnt work. Please fix and i will change my rating....come on its been three months since i last posted and not even a comment back this app is deleted until further notice i wish i could give it a zero star rating

I keep getting the Uh oh message and directions to Uninstall. I followed instructions and with no success. . tried to re-enroll with a new email/password. No luck. I'm done with BTR. Loyal customer lost!

This app does not function, much like the reorganizing company. I'm so disappointed BEYOND belief that they continue the same diversions, repeat obvious lies (in rotation. ..it shipped, it arrived for checking, it shipped... ad nauseum) I simply want the item I ordered in June 2016.

I was so excited to see BTR finally had an app but yet I can't even log in... I can't do anything! I just keep getting that message. Uh!

I love beyond the rack, have been buying regularly, and I had the app on my previous phone and it was working well. But now and it won't let me login using my FB account like I've always did. Says this account is already linked.

This is a great site. Sometimes they oversell items and I wait expecting them to arrive and then get an email telling me I am out of luck. It doesn't happen very often, but still disappointing. Otherwise very happy with it.

Just read previous comments. I also have not ordered in a while and now I can not even login!! It keeps saying something went wrong...and I see this has been an apparent issue and I see no response to fix this? Another loyal customer lost! I really liked this app sorry to see that nothing gets fixed and even when your a loyal customer there is NO LOYALTY on the BTR rack side!! Wow..bummed

Stopped working ages ago and tired of waiting for update. Spent tons of $$ buying items on this app. Ah well more money in my pocket and not yours bye!

I ordered a superman sweatshirt months ago payed for it and still haven't received what I payed for. Not a fan of getting ripped off.

The app won't let you access the site at all. I've had to directly go to their website to browse. May be right about the whole bankrupt thing, it doesn't seem like they've gotten many new products in the last 6 months.

App used to work until update. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with different error messages. Too bad, I liked btr.

I just downloaded this app, because I've loved the website for years. I keep getting an error and I can not get past the login page. It won't let me signin, l create a new account, or use Facebook to login.. I keep getting a message that says "something went wrong".

No matter what I do it says Oops something went wrong. Lame :( i used data to dl this app. Shame :(

I loved this app because there are great events to shop from. Lately, they have been on my bad side. Not only is the shipping taking extremely long because based on the app, it was supposed to be shipped out between February 6th and February 13th and it has not yet shipped but I returned two shirts and BTR received the return on March 4th, according to the customer service rep, but I am still waiting for $120 credit that I have not yet received. I feel like I have been scammed.

Had the app in the past on my old phone and it worked fine and now I just downloaded it and already it doesnt work! And as I can see by everyone elses comments the app developpers dont seem to acknowledge that.

Used to work. Since company changed owners, all I get is Oops!

App wont open. I used to love this app but no longer works..... save yourself some time and don't even bother downloading.

Btr use to be great now they are unable to provide the items you order. They are going through tough times don't order anything until they fix their situation. Now the dilemma is if we don't order can they solve their problems :-/

I can't log in. What's the point of having an app if it doesn't work. Apps are made for the customer's convenience. I'm sure this has cost you a lot of sales.

Sad it's not working anymore and heard they are going bankrupt. So sad, I was a loyal customer of BTR for many years and always loved it. Hoping that they will somehow resolve this.

I just love all the shoes and boots, and everything else, thank you...I just love the people at the customers desk they are great, keep your smile and the returning policy is great just great. Thank you again guys we really appreciate it ...

Awesome shopping site. Sometimes it might be a bit slow on shipping your merchandise sometimes. I still would give them a 10plus

App stopped working. Uninstalled then reinstalled and still won't work. Get a "Something went wrong" screen right after log in.

Had problem with update - uninstalled, then reinstalled, problem solved. Update a cleaner look, single tab per event instead of upwards of 10 or more tabs for bigger events. This aids navigation between events a great deal, better browsability. Would like to see ability to input my sizes in my account so when going to event it shows only items that fit me. Still don't understand Euro sizes - probably missing some great deals there.

I never get my delivery on time.. i ordered 1 burberry scarf on 12 feb.. and its april 2nd now.. everytime i call they say 2 more weeks.. biggest scam..! Customer care didnt even apologize...instead of that she was saying take your money back.. you'll recieve when we'll have it..

This site is getting worse and worse. Although the new download is a lot faster than the older version, the shipping is not. I am not able to track my orders anymore with this new app. Average shipping is a month and a half. They tell you the items you order is still on track and so you wait another 3 weeks to a month and then get an email saying sorry, we don't have it. I think I will stop shopping on this site for awhile. It's just been very frustrating. Sorry BTR, but you just lost a loyal customer.

As far as apps go, this does the job well. However, not sure if you all heard the news or not, but BTR is facing bankruptcy problems, you can google this and check it out. This explains all the long waits for shipments. I had to cancel all my orders bc nothing was in stock after weeks and weeks of waiting. Too bad, I was such a loyal customer and sad to see this happen to BTR. Beware of purchasing until (or if) they get bought

Excuses, exuses I ordered something Jan 15 still have not received it always a promise to wait two more weeks. Sad part is can't cancel order on app. Worst company ever for customer service they just pass you along to the next person who has no more authority then the pervious about when shipment will take place. Easter gifts forget about it at this speed my kids will be lucky to get it for Xmas If it still fits.

Worked well till latest upgrade, now it does not work. As instructed, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Works great, thanks
