Dowloaded the app, waited over an hour for food, called the customer service and they told me the restaurant was closed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the woman whose accent was impossible to uderstand, refused to transfer me to a supervisor. You're definitely better off just ordering over the phone or grubhub, I've never had a problem with them like this.

Skeptical at first, especially after my order was delayed and I called the restaurant who had no record of my order. Certain my payment was lost, I called BM's customer service and was immediately connected with an agent. They called the restaurant on my behalf, tracked down the order the restaurant had misplaced, and called me back to let me know it was already out for delivery. Extremely satisfied.

Very user friendly, but would be nice if the restaurant had some way of contacting me saying they got the order and a time estimate... I have no idea if they get my order until the show up at my door.

First time I used the app I waited over an hour after placing my order, finally called the restaurant and the restaurant didn't have my order. They called BeyondMenu and turns out they never sent my order to them. The restaurant called me back and apologized and had the order cooked and delivered to me in about 20 mins + free wontons. Loved the food, but will not be using this app again.

Just used it for the first time. Let's see how it turns out. Ordering was very easy. It'd be 5 star if the restaurant told the driver my instructions on where i live. Almost took my order to the wrong house every time.

I like this app it works pretty well and it's easy to use. The only thing I would like is a description of the food, especially for ethnic foods I may have never heard of before.

Excellent app! No more waiting 15 minutes for food prep. I can order before I leave the garage at work and my order is ready when I arrive. I am in the outskirts of DC and all of my local diners and carryouts are avaliable. The app layout is flawless and they accept android pay now. You can also choose to pay at the restaurant.
