Beyond Intranet's Employee Directory mobile app provides you with an easy access to complete contact details of your organization's employees at your fingertips. The mobile app offers a great deal of features like:

a. Plug it to the Beyond Intranet's Employee Directory Enterprise Add-in (available on Microsoft's SharePoint app store) on your organization’s Intranet on SharePoint online.

b. View complete details of employees within the organization's Intranet.
c. Find the mobile phone number, work phone number, and email address of anyone in the organization.
d. Search by Name, Department, Location and Job Title..
e. Department and Location filters in the navigation.
f. Start a chat and send an email.
g. View/Dial phone numbers and add contacts to phone directory.
h. Icons view and List view on user interface.
i. App works in both Online and Offline modes.

Prerequisites
1. Details of employee should be present in the Office365 domain.
2. Filters and configuration settings must be applied on organization's SharePoint Employee Directory.
