Downloaded for the fifth time and it still does not work. It worked once since the glove box was added. I am able to log in but nothing else. Nothing will open. I log in and can see the page for options. They will not open and the menu does not open. When this worked it was an excellent tool. You may email me. Tech fix the problem and now it works. The support has been very good.

Doesn't work in all states. It says "This app helps you locate your Farm Bureau benefits wherever they exist." This is very misleading. You don't see that it doesn't work in all states until you click "read more". Nobody clicks "read more".

It seems some people don't have the complete information to set up their account. Everything works fine such as setting up account one time only, membership card is avaliable at the lower left corner, agent information is avaliable at the "help" tab, etc. I've noticed mapping is slow and needs improved.
