FSWizard Machinist Calculator for Android
I have used the web based version for quite some time, and it has always worked great. If the pro version was 15$ I would purchase, but 50$ is too steep.
$50 for the pro version?!? Craziness.
Unrealistic feed and speed suggestions. Don't use
Good for what I need
How to do inverse functions??
Good helping with CNC work
I used it this afternoon to set up a drill job in aluminum profile. Nice to have a tool help me get working numbers. Far less guess-work this way. Interface is easy to use. Plenty of options, and lots of information.
This app will save your a**. Quick and simple tool and material look up. This app has it all and I've stood by it in my shop for the past 3+ years. Increased productivity and less second guessing. Ridgid Tapping speeds and feeds are spot on for tapping to depth up to 1.5 inches(that's all I've needed) and have saved many frustrations.
Free version limited to three material types, none of which the average hobby user will be using. Don't bother to install if you are not prepared to pay $20. EDIT: Response to Dev's comment: MDF, plywood, hardwoods (various ssp.), plastics and very occasionally aluminium are common in hobby CNC machining. Very, very few have a mill capable of steel. And yea, you deserve to get paid, but do you deserve to get paid 10x as much as other apps for this purpose? EDIT2: So you did all the thousands of hours of research and testing to derive raw data, or did you just compile existing speeds and feeds formula (say, from Machinery's Handbook or manufacturer's info) into an app? If it's all your own original research, I'm impressed and you deserve more than $20; if the latter, it's basically a database of other people's work rearranged in a new way.
Good
Awesome app, pro version is too costly but worth it I believe
Great app! Thank-you very much for sharing it.
Excellent
I recommend it to everyone :)
When will the Google play store app go on sale again?
Very good app helped e a lot and ez to operate
This app helped decrease our cycle times!
Does what others won't let you do. Does it simply. Recommend to all fitter and turners.
Don't leave home without it
This app is amazing. Not only is a speed+feed calculator, its has other uses such as bolt hole, c/sink point of contact, fillet calculator and much more. It even has its own scientific calculator. The speeds and feeds are spot on and allow me to machine safely at speeds I never tought were possible. Seriously upped my production. Also well laid out. Very very usefull app. Highly recommended.
This app looks great; haven't used yet, just installed it however i like the presentation. I would like to see some speeds and feed for plastics like ABS, Acetal/Delrin, Polycarbonate and UHMW... etc. If you could add this feature it would be great! I'm rating it 4 stars for now and will rate again after I get to try it out.
nice apps, works good

Good
Use it everyday
Pretty much exactly what I wanted, but the Pro version is almost exclusively metals. I CNC wood and there's only 4? wood options in the pro version. Great idea though.
Great app if you need a quick ref to help you.

This is first review for an app in over a year, but I must say I'm impressed. Very accurate, and quick and easy to use. I look forward to see what the premium version offers.
Simply good
I use zero divide's website all the time in the shop, and the desktop app while programming in the office. Just tried the mobile app and I'm pretty happy! I think I'll end up using it a lot at the shop!
Thanks.
I teac h a lot of folks hobbyist machining, and will definitely recommend this app. I think that the full version price of over $9 is a little steep. $3.99 would be a no brainer. Thanks.

Revised: everything is working perfectly now. Drill calc is actually too good. Since all drills are HSS anyway, it covers 90% of what I do. Once you add persistence and some sort of user library I will buy the PRO version for sure.
Excellent App! Much better than any of the other feeds and speeds apps available on Android. Thanks developer!
I use it all the time.
Thanks developer. We mostly work with aluminum here. This free app covers 90% of what i do and does more than many of the paid ones. I have no idea what beef idiots who gave 1 star have with him. Those must have been looking for burger-flipping apps, because there is no way they are machinists. Keep up the good work! PS. Any way you could unlock fillet calculator in the LITE version?

The feeds and speeds are spot on i have been using dynamic tool pathing if your having troubles call mastercam, or autodesk and get cadcam software A.S.A.P.! HOW EVER I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. But i will pay it since it will pay for itself in 2 parts.
