In the full version you can tag (log) the client to the notes, but the app version, you can't. This makes me have to still carry around my laptop which was what I wanted to not have to do. Other than that it looks pretty functional, but that one feature missing makes the app useless for me.

I believe that Best Notes has one of the better documentation portals in the industry. It's compliance to HIPPA standards have moved the industry to a new level.

I use this app everyday. It works well, but has a few draw backs. It is a little limited compared to the full version on my computer, but it does the job.

Let me start by saying it has many useful tools and I use it every day. However, these are my daily frustrations with it. It is soooo slow. Calender won't allow you to add other users. Can't upload other notes to youth file such as a parent update or other kind of note. Did I mention it is slow? If I don't completely stop the app it won't run again. You need to stop it each time you want to come back to it for it to reload, or you just stare at the little blue circle forever, even when connected to Wi-Fi
