Doesn't work for me. Like someone else said it says woah this account is big blah blah blah. Loading for like 5 minutes i cant believe i wasted my time :( im sorry guys! Work out the kinks

Have been trying to do this several times over the last few days and it just indefinitely says 'the account is a bit large...' like others have been saying. Uninstalled and wouldn't recommend wasting your time trying to use this app.

This app sucks. It keeps saying "Whoa, this account seems a bit large! Bear with us for a sec, this could take a little while." 2 hours later same nonsense. Yet those with thousands of pictures can access the app. Worst app ever. Don't bother with it. Download Likemeter instead; much better app.

Junk, doesn't work, like everyone says, it just keeps saying "whoa...." Well, it's been Six hours and it still can't figure it out. Don't believe it's because it's "so popular" people are dumping it faster than getting it. What a waste

Dont install it!! I entered the name of my ig wich is public and it still requesred for me to login claiming that my profile is private. DO NOT trust this app.

I wish you could add screenshpts to comments. It's now going on 2 days and the looking up pics message continues to spool: "whoa this is a large account it may take..." the most likes I have on a single pic may be 200. I've seen accounts with over 2m likes. I would even be okay if the email notification worked. This is after all of the comments from beta lab saying it is fixed. I understandthat it is a free app and you get what you pay for but it is frustrating.

Might be over capacity or might be a scam to capture emails for a spam list. I'm not sure. What I do know is I still haven't gotten my top nine so...? Happy NYE!!

Whenever I tried to do it it just says 'OOM command not allowed when used memory > 'maxmemory'. What does this mean and how can I fixed it so it will work?

This app required me to log in and provide my email and then did nothing. Just showed my Instagram page for 30 minutes before I gave up. Never gave a best nine or any indication it was even creating a best nine. I retried several times over 2 days. Its a scam, don't download it.

It has asked me to change my pass word several times and i did. And nothing came thru. Such a disappointment. Ive installed and uninstalled it 4 times. But still couldint find my IG account.

It said "maxmemory" then asked me to log in my account again. UPDATE: Waited a few hours and tried it again, as advised. Took a few more attempts and the app finally generated my top nine photos. Giving it 4 stars now (from my original 1) coz it was easy to navigate around, especially since I have a private account and this app does not require me to switch my profile to public. I understand that there are many people using it now due to the new year, hence it's tendency to error.

Did not work. Claimed I had a "large account" and didn't load anything after multiple attempts. I have 313 pics posted on my IG. If this app can't handle that size I don't know how it will handle accounts with thousands of pictures.

Horrible. The app says account is private when it isn't, large account please wait then enter email address doesn't work.

Couldn't get the the apt to work. Kept saying my password or username were not right. I should know my username and password ????

Absolutely rubbish. Made me log in to my account then crashed. 4 times. I have an S7. No issues with any other apps.

app sucks tells you to login and says to enter user name and password comes back saying incorrect information they I reset my password and says the same thing so not worth the time

App won't even start. Crashes immediately on download. Don't waste your time

Installed it and asked to log in on my IG. After logging in, I have been stuck on "gathering photos" and isn't going anywhere. Waited for more than 30 mins and I even attempted to log in several times, no luck.

Why does it have the amount of "likes" on each specific picture? Disappointed and not reccomended.

Have been trying to use this since New Years Eve & it's still telling me my profile is 2 large give them a second, at this rate I'll be lucky if I get anything before this year is up.

It does not work at all. I've been trying from the past 5-6 days and shows the same message.. That the account is too large and it may take a while. Very annoying.

I tried to log into my account and it will not work. I reset my password (which works on Instagram) and it still says that it doesn't recognize my password. It's making me very frustrated.

Do not download! They take your email and does not show top 9 results. It just loads and loads. Says "whoa, you must have a large instagram account" - I do not. Just looks like a flop of an app by all of the UX reviews on here

Max Memory Error And Died - Waste of Time. Tried multiple times, deleted my cache, shut all other programs, I'm on 4Gigs of Ram.

The app doesn't work at all... been trying to use it since 31st Dec and just keeps saying the same thing.. 'account seems large'

Let it run for like an hour and still nothing. You would think every NYE when your app is busy you would fix it for the next year...... guess not.

It wouldn't even let me pass through the log in screen. It kept telling me my password was wrong and it wasn't. I even changed it and still said that it was wrong.

Stupid thing kept saying i have too many photos. I have 300. I waited over 10 mins and it also crashed once. Forget it

Dont install. My profile is public. It gave me a pop up that said it's not public and I need to sign in. Nope.
