I'm enjoying the app a lot, drivers have been prompt and personable. Only problem is that I'm unable to add a card to my account. The scroll down offers only "OneCard" as an option- no Mastercard, Visa, etc. So when I need to use a card, I have to call dispatch. Fix this, and it'll be almost perfect!

I was very impressed with car #118. He has all sorts of cell phone chargers. Free WiFi, magazines, tablet for entertainment and I got a text when he was outside. I will definitely be recommending your service. Best taxi in the bronx.

Please add a feature where you can block certain drivers from seeing your request. Some drivers take the request just to get the job even if they are 10 mins away. It prevents drivers who are closer to get it. Also, some drivers are very unprofessional. I had one who got his attitude with me after I told him to stop texting. There was one I had yesterday to overcharged me $3 over the base price that I pay. Additionally the driver I am with right now doesn't even where to get on the 95. (He has a GPS)
