BESCOM with an intention to successfully establish a relationship with consumers has created a Virtual Relationship Manager in the form of Mobile App. The Mobile App – BESCOM Mithra offers following features for both consumers as well as its employees.

After multiple attempts bill details was shown. Always failed with error "bad connection" while on Wifi!!! App crash while submitting feedback. App takes valuable time to write feedback only to crash. Pathetic application that was not tested properly before releasing. Will put the government in bad image.

Had lot of expectations after this was launched as official App. And not to mention the voice campaign by the state minister encouraging you to enroll. However there is really huge gaps in the experience. None of the features work properly. No timely update on book bill. Infact the physical bill for the month is already reached but the app is not update with the dange. Typical "sarkarai" experience for now. Hope they will address this soon.

Such a buggy app. Not receiving otp at all. Why would you release wothout testing it. Or is it so difficult for you to fix such bugs. Depending on third party apps like Phonepe. Payu, etc., to ay the bills. Such a shamr on government.

I wish we have elections in Karnataka every 6 months..so that govt knows what the citizens are looking for.. from 2013 there were no apps for bescom..but just before state elections this app is developed in haste...just like your govt...this app really sucks.

Doesn't load bill details. Always says, "oops, something went wrong....". I guess the IT & business unit lacks QA/QC procedures. I don't understand how app are permitted to be hosted without proper testing. TYPICAL govt. app????

I have downloaded but nothing is working. Its showing no data received. Even unable to add my account id. Too early to let everyone know that its worth. Seems to be having thr same issue as in bescom website.

I just loved this app. In one click I can get all details. Some functions of this app is really helpful like Outages. One more thing the support they are giving is just awesome. One click for complaints and feedback. Overall it is a great app from Bescom.

This is very poor App.Nothing works on this. Useless to download.Everytime I log in it shows error No Data received please try again later. Update 1: As per your Request , I have sent a screenshot of error with my account Id and mobile Number. Please take a look . For Now, I will keep the same rating.
