About Berlinale 2018
This is the official app for the 68th Berlin International Film Festival (February 15-25, 2018). The Berlinale is one of the most important dates on the international film industry’s calendar and enjoys one of the largest film festival audiences in the world.
The Berlinale 2018 app includes:
- Programme overview with filter options according to day, time, section, venue, country, language (for both the public festival programme and press screenings)
- Full offline usability of the programme search
- Film info including synopsis, film excerpt, image, screening dates and locations
- Favourites list: Save a list of your favourite films
- Cross-device synchronisation: Favourite films saved in “My Programme” in the app or on berlinale.de will be synchronised
- Calendar export: Add individual screenings to your calendar
- Search function: Find films by searching for film titles or surnames of cast members and directors (for both the public festival programme and press screenings)
- Live video transmission of the photo calls and press conferences, the opening and closing gala as well as from the Red Carpet before Competition premieres
- Venue information

All-in-one Festival helper for normal cinephiles and professionals attending the Berlin Film Festival. Almost all the film content and location maps are offline (great for foreigners), nothing missing, just the film descriptions are a bit too short (read the webite/guide as well!). New: Syncs between website account / planer and favourites on device! No ticketing, just info. Works fine on my Fairphone & Tablet. Calender integration works better than on iPhone version.

Forget brochures and city maps, making notes of locations etc. This has it all, looks amazing, responds fast and is really all you need. Enjoy
