I thought before my ab shape would just like a "normal person" but right now is even much better

Great ab workout. Challenges you weekly. More than half way through and my abs are solid. Only problem is if I receive a phone call it starts from beginning... maybe yous can fix that. Look forward to a second version

I love this app! I'm on day 2 and then burn is really Intense!! But I have one problem. Are you not supposed to much of an afterburn? Almost positive I'm doing everything correctly.

It definitely makes you feel the burn to your core it would be helpful for it to show breathing methods but I've gotten help so everything is going great now... Thanks for this amazing app

I love it and on the first day it was quite hard but only because first time doing a workout. And already feal the burn.Apart from that AWESOME THANKS SO MUCH I LOVE IT LIKE HECK

I love this app! One of the best ab workouts I've done in a long time, but I wish that there was a leg and arm workout to go with it so you get the full package!

My 14 year old son and I have been doing this for a little over a week. The plan is so simple yet the results are fantastic. There is no reason for anyone to use any other app. 6 pack abs are about 3 weeks away for me and two for my son!

I had this a few years ago and had amazing results just spent an hour trying to find it again! Highly recommended

Only one version of a6w workout. Bad interface and stupid voice. There are better apps...

Definitely gets you the results but one minor problem where she you buy the full version you have to be connected to the internet every time you use the app to make the app recognise the fact that you've paid for the full version. Other than that, it's a great app!

It definitely gets the job done. It's one of the best apps by far. For quick results I did 2 sessions a day and I feel great. It's easy to understand and you can adjust the breaks after each session. Great job!!!!

It has good exercise but on10 day .it says for phurchase. Same exercise of this app you can found in CAYNAX A6W ABS .you can use caynax totally freeee. if i can do exercise free so n i will phurchase this app .

This app is awesome,you people should try it on.well its painful @ first bt wen time goes on you wont feel a pain and remember,aint no gain without pains.

Why do I see ads again after paying for it less than a year ago... Pls fix it.

I started the workout yesterday and today I did the second, I feel the abs again after I had them years ago and I started gaining weight because of the work and College. Let's give time so I can see them in a few weeks! Combine this APP with other for legs and arms.

Great help to burn those extra calories at the end of the day from your belly. Could maybe vary a bit more the exercises but 5 stars for simplicity and user friendly.

Every day that I use the app, on the home screen, the "upgrade to pro" button is still there, and after that i have to wait for a while until the button disappears so I can use the voice guidance system. Fix it.

Simple abworkout but ur belly fats sure can feel the burn. However, it would be great if the app could tell us the correct breathing methods while working out.

Get the Pro version, it is totally worth it. The changes are fantastic.

Really fun app. Fat lazy American lifestyle. Ha! Do a Rocky IV themed sequel for running a 5k. Seriously. No cardio, no 6 pack.
