Had really high hopes but, like my childhood dreams, they were crushed. App has glitches and gives you the wrong estimate. You guys need to do your homework. We're already frustrated with Kenya Power. We don't need the app meant to help us frustrating us too. Doesn't complete the transaction and the estimates are incredibly off. Makes one think you were just looking for ratings. Niko na stima. Wacha niendelee kuoperate vile nilikuwa.

You deducted from my mpesa and up to now am not getting any token..iv tried calling the numbers you gave me but nobody is picking up am disappointed guys

I have tried buying tokens more than once through this app without success. I even uninstalled then reinstalled it. Doesn't work!!

Bogus app! When I tried accessing the tokens I'd bought the, transaction history page kept saying "please refresh page" . Send the tokens or the refund!!

Meter number not recognized by KPLC. What does that mean?

When I opened it a third time and subsequently from that time have been thinking of uninstalling it then re install if that will help because it is already upto date

It is awesome ave used it for the first time and am amazed by how fast it works just bought tokens and within 30 seconds my tokens were generated.... This is the only thing I have loved from kplc.

Make provision on how we can reach out to customer care for help. For example, I don't know the procedure to load my wallet via card. Kindly help. Also consider including Airtel money. Otherwise with the speed, Kudos.

Am very sorry, but I can't load my wallet and this makes me even more afraid that it might even take away my cash some days when it accepts

I'm unable to top up my wallet in order to pay for kopa token.Does "my wallet" work? I've been trying for I think a month now and charges on delayed payment will keep going up
