I am having to scroll back from 2016 to 1961 to get my birth date. It will NOT let me enter it. FIX IT!!!!!

It's so bad..... they obviously made it bad so u can't use ur insurance....they take 1/4 of my income...u would think....I can't even get registered because it won't let me even put my birthdate in. It says don't put the last 4 ssn in use member id....ok I tried it won't work....trying to figure who I have to use for pcp dental vision...already wasted four hours...it shouldn't be so hard.....it's just I gave em 5 grand last year and every time I think I'm gonna try again I get so frustrated I give up.

Feels cluttered. Had an error stopping me from moving forward in the process but the message did not explain where the error was. It was not always clear where I needed to click to proceed to the next item in my benefits. Felt the need to login on computer afterwards to verify everything was right.

Might be the most user-unfriendly app I've ever seen. I had to force-close it after entering the employer code. Upon reopening the app, I could not enter my birth date without tremendous effort. After encountering the birth date problem, I uninstalled the app and intend never to reinstall it.

I put the password in and it say to reset with new password.but when i did change it.it keep saying u cant reset.i cant even go in.

Junk right from the start. Wants me to enter my employee ID number but says it's invalid when I'm entering while looking at a letter from HR OK they wanted company ID not employee

Every time I went 2 enter a date of birth I had 2 scroll all the way back 2 whatever year I was trying 2 input. It's jus ridiculous & time wasting & on my daughter's, every single time I had 2 put their info in 4 them 2 b my beneficiaries it would make me do the same thing, instead of the program saving their D.O.B. I had 2 scroll thru that stupid thing looking 4 their year of birth. JUST HORRIBLE!!! NEEDS FIXED WHERE U CAN JUST ENTER NUMERICALLY THE D.O.B.

I login with my company code and wallah...I get a completely blank screen. Using Galaxy S4. Please fix this!

When trying to enter member and group number the keyboard forces a number pad even though my member and group code consists of both letters and numbers. Currently using google keyboard.

Can't tell since it doesn't show my benefits. Since I just enrolled, is it because they aren't active until January or does the app not work? I notice there are no responses to any of the rating comments. Are you too busy to respond to any of the whole 20 who commented?!

Will not show benifits on any android based phones that i have tried so far.
