About Mercer Marketplace Benefits
With the Mercer Marketplace Benefits app, employees have convenient access to their benefits on the go. Once downloaded, the app can be used to access plan information, such as coverage level, effective dates, and copays.
The mobile app allows you to:
• View current and future benefits
• Change passwords
• View dependent information
• Enter Insurance Identification Card Member ID and Group ID numbers
• Upload an image of your insurance ID card to reference from the Mobile App
• Watch informative benefit videos
Download the Your Benefits mobile app now!
Step 1: Download the Mercer Marketplace Your Benefits app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Enter your username and password, which is the same as your Mercer Marketplace enrollment account. Click Login.
Step 3: View a summary of your benefits and more.
Please note: You are required to create a username and password in the Mercer Marketplace enrollment website before downloading the mobile application.

Hoped to have this as an app for easy access but keep getting an invalid error every time even after password reset. Works from browser on main computer. I don't recommend this as a download until the error is fixed.

The latest version keeps telling me there is an update, but no update in play store. I can click cancel to bypass it as a workaround.

Can't login!!! Called support number listed on the app and was told "I can try to reset your password...but yeah the app doesn't really work." My login works fine if I go online. But even their website is cumbersome and difficult to navigate.

Each time I log in, it indicates there's an 'update' available...but there is no update available. WTH, eh?

This ap would not allow me to log in. The message is you have the older version would you like to update than I hit enter to updaye and it leads me back to uninstall or okay. I hit okay and it starts all over again with the ssme message. Please fox your ap so I can change my ratings and use this ap " on the go"
