The app on its own is great but the rewards are rubbish. A free tint is great but lip and chin wax are no good to people if you don't need them.

Search for my local debenhams but it won't come up so I'm unable to book appt through the app

Have tried for over 4 weeks to try and create an app account but nothing happens when all details entered. Girls at the Benefit counter couldn't help so have emailed 4 times to Benefit with not one reply. Not great as missed out on offers. Stick with the loyalty card in future.
