ইসলামী বিপ্লবের পথ

দুটি কথা

তখনো ভারত স্বাধীন হয়নি। ভারত বিভক্ত হয়ে পাকিস্থান রাষ্ট্রের জন্ম হয়নি। কিন্তু ভারতের স্বাধীনতা লাভ আর মুসলমানদের জন্যে পৃথক আবাসভূমি এ দুটো বিষয়ই চূড়ান্তভাবে কার্যকর হবার দিকে অগ্রসর হচ্ছিল। মুসলমানরা একটি ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে চাচ্ছিল, যেখানে সর্বক্ষেত্রে কার্যকর হবে কুরআন সুন্নাহ বিধান। কিন্তু যারা এই রাষ্ট্রটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করার ক্ষেত্রে নেতৃত্ব দিচ্ছিল, তাদের মধ্যে না ছিল ইসলামের যথার্থ জ্ঞান, না ছিল ইসলামী চরিত্র আর না ছিল নিরেট ইসলামী সমাজ গড়ার মন মানসিকতা। তাদের মধ্যে মুসলিম জাতীয়তাবাদী একটি চিন্তা ছিল মাত্র। স্রেফ মুসলমানদের হাতে ক্ষমতা আসাটাকেই কোন একটি দেশ ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র হবার জন্যে যথেষ্ট বলে তারা ধরে নিয়েছিল। সে দেশের আইন কানুন, শিক্ষা সংস্কৃতি, অর্থনীতি রাজনীতি যা-ই হোক না কেন?


এটা ছিল একটা চরম ভ্রান্ত ধারণা। এই অবাস্তব পন্থায় কিছুতেই একটি ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠিত হতে পারেনা। ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠার বা ইসলামী বিপ্লব সাধনের একটি সুনির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম পন্থা রয়েছে। পৃথিবীর যে দেশের লোকেরাই ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে চাইবে, তাদেরকে অবশ্যি সেই নির্দিষ্ট নিয়মপন্থা অনুসরণ করতে হবে। এ সময় মাওলানা মওদূদী (রঃ) এই কথাগুলো পরিষ্কারভাবে সকলের দৃষ্টিগোচর করা নিজের দায়িত্ব মনে করেন এবং সে হিসেবে ১৯৪০ সালের সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে আলীগড় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ষ্ট্রেচী হলে এ সম্পর্কে এক অনুপম বক্তব্য পেশ করেন। বক্তব্যের শিরোনাম ছিল “ইসলামী হুকুমত কেসতরাহ কায়েম হোতি হায়?” এর সরল অনুবাদ হলো, ‘ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র কিভাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়?’ বক্তব্যটি সাথে সাথে পুস্তিকাকারে প্রকাশিত হয়। অবশ্য বাংলা ভাষায় এটি ‘ইসলামী বিপ্লবের পথ’ নামে পরিচিত।


কয়েক দশক আগে পুস্তিকাটি বাংলা সাধু ভাষায় অনূদিত ও প্রকাশিত হয়। এ যাবত পুস্তিকাটির বহু সংস্করণ মুদ্রিত হয়েছে। বহুবারের মুদ্রণের ফলে এতে স্থায়ীভাবে কিছু মুদ্রণজনিত ত্রুটি ঢুকে পড়ে। সে কারণে এবং চলতি ভাষার দাবী পূরণের লক্ষ্যে পুস্তিকাটি আমরা পুনঃ অনুবাদ করেছি চলতি ভাষায়।


এই বক্তব্যটি পুস্তিকাকারে প্রকাশের সময় মাওলানা মওদূদী (রঃ) নিজেই প্রচলিত বাইবেল থেকে ইসলামী রাষ্ট্র সংক্রান্ত হযরত ঈসা আলাইহিস সালামের কিছু বাণী এর সাথে সংযোজন করে দেন। এই নতুন সংস্করণে আমরা সেই সংযোজনটিও সন্নিবেশিত করে দিয়েছি।


বাংলাদেশে যারা ইসলামী বিপ্লব সাধন করতে চান, পুস্তিকাটি আগেও তাদের দিশারী ছিল, ভবিষ্যতেও অম্লান দিশারীর কাজ করবে বলে আমরা আশা করি।
