Never worked.

This is some kind of fraudulent operation run by a shady company don't fall for it and buy the product which worked fine until the company just plain and simple disappeared off the face of the earth and just stopped supporting the devices the app, the website, email, facebook page, everything. Shame on them!

Can't connect to my device. And can't open the help menu. And can't either send a complain! Very disappointed.

Bought this couple of years ago before i can even use it on android. Now once android app available, cant even connect to device. What happen?

It crashes all the time and when the device is missing, it plays a miserable bird sound? Really????? We are talking about kids safety. It should act like a disco club strobe, should release fireworks.

So that was €24 thrown away. Just trying to ad a profile picture for my kid crashes the app and the location is so irregular and faulty that I'm unable to locate my kid. This shouldn't be too difficult to simply work, should it? Using Bluetooth AND GPS? I should be able to locate my kid up to a meter! But I can not even locate him within a 200 meter radius.

Crashes when I load EULA or privacy policy. The bird tweet sound is pretty pathetic, doesn't vibrate either. The product seems reasonably well made apart from on of the screws has threaded. This is on a moto g v2 running Lollipop Android. Doesn't work at all on my wife's original Moto G with KitKat Android. When setup it does seem to work, near by is around 4-5 metres, not tested other distances yet. One thing that this app is missing is a compass to point to kid's location.

Doesn't work! App connects to device but then does not detect movement in the device so seems to be useless

The battery won't stay in contact and tightening the impossibly small screws will only strip the plastic threads. The app might be Ok. I can't tell because the beacon is bad.

After the latest App update, the devices connecting perfectly, and working as promised. Great way to keep an eye on the kids when visiting friends and family.

Device is a piece of junk when I asked for an exchange or replacement they said I had to mail item to Taiwan _ON MIND DIME soooo disappointed

There is ble 4.0 in the Nexus 4, but signal loss every 15 seconds. Last location isn't updating.

love the design and concept. but we still felt there are some room for improvement. 1. we wish there are more color scheme to choose from, instead of just red and white (although we know that's the main two tone colors of your logo). 2. we wish it could be little more precis when adjusting the signal range, nearby really could means very differently depends on people. 3. lacking a note on telling people to tightly screw the backlid of the device, we didn't screw it tight enough on first try, so the signal was a little off. we would've through the device away if we hadn't gave our second attempt. that need to be fix. Great product overall, recommend to all people who have kids

the app looks good, we adore the oil painting when u opens up the app, nice touch. co-guard function is sweet too, especially great for a busy family like we have. We wish you guys can add a chat room function next update instead of just showing the location.

a friend recommend this to us and we end up loving it and can't seem to not have it whenever we are out. my two boys loves running around weather we are at the park or playground. Guardian works well when we can't keep up with them. recommend to all parents and alike. it helps tons

App keeps losing track of the guardian, and when in range crashes.
