Downloaded this app to use on my new Droid Force that I upgraded to from an iPhone. Will not sync with my expensive pair of Legend 17 hearing aids at all -- says to see hearing professional for upgrade to my Legends that are not yet a year old. Hearing professional no help at all. Not happy at all!!!

Needs more work. Don't see battery level & other features showed in demo. Needs streaming feature offered for iPhone. Left-right sides reversed, no answer how to fix.

Connection is lost to the app non stop! I need this to work. Do better!

Keeps disconnecting from my hearing aid....frustrating !!

I use this app to adjust my elderly father's Legend. I can do most of that manually using the hearing aid's rocker switch, but it's a little harder that way since I get no feedback. The app has a "finder" feature that is useful if the hearing aid is nearby. It won't connect with Bluetooth more than once until the hearing aid is shut off and restarted. This app connects often to known tracking servers, so you may want to use blocking software.

I actually upgraded my phone so that i could use the app for my hearing aides as a blue tooth because my doc told me it was coming to samsung galaxy soon and it still hasnt gotten here.... i cant use my hearing aide at the gym because i want to listen to music so i have to put my ear buds in. If i had the bluetooth and streaming capabilities available for my device i wouldnt have to do that i could just use my hearing aides. Super inconvenient...

When is this app going update so us android phone users don't need to wear the extra phone clip around the neck to receive phone calls????? Tied of waiting for app saying that are working on it. Its been over a year now ! Apple users don't need the extra phone clip, LET GO NOW PLEASE! !!! STILL WAITING! !!! 9/20/16

Very easy to control your hearing aids. It's more of a convenience, one less remote control I have to carry. For me this works out to be a really easy application to understand and operate, love it. Thanks Beltone.

After reading through the reviews, the app itself works fine. Audio streaming is only available to Apple at this time. This holds true with every manufacturer! This is also not a Beltone issue, it is android and their Bluetooth language.

Hearing Aid App does not allow you to save favorites in the Galaxy S7 always gets a error and shuts the app down.

I have had trouble keeping my phone clip connected to my phone and I got the S6 bc it was supposed to be able to work lime iPhone and use like a Bluetooth and it won't!

It is not even recognized by Bluetooth. Unfair to have it distributed.

Their app keeps shutting down when opened. Not a very tech-savy company you would expect.

$6500 hearing aides, app worked for about 3 weeks. It was a big selling point for me.

App doesn't work with my S6. Only thing that I can do is adjust the volume. I am road testing these aids and I think that they failed. Beltone needs to get their software compatible with ALL smartphones. This phone link 2 is a piece of junk. When the phone link is on and I connect to the Internet, my aids constantly beep until I either turn it off or get off of the Internet.

I need phone call and music streaming directly to my beltone hearing aid from Samsung S5 android.

On S4 can only adjust volume level and bass/treble...No speech enhancer please add this!!!

Sometimes have trouble reconnecting, esp. with streaming. Battery is great. Lasts all day.

I love the fact that I am able to completely control the volume and settings from my phone without ever having to take the hearing aids out or even touch them. However, the Bluetooth connection constantly disconnects on its own and when I need to make an adjustment I have to reconnect manually. This can be time consuming because it doesn't always connect quickly. None of my other Bluetooth devices have any issues staying connected. Don't know if it is the app, or the hearing aids, but it is annoying.

If you have a Beltone First hearing aid, do not install this app, it is useless! The setup (on a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge) indicates that the Beltone First requires a firmware upgrade to work with the app. According to a Beltone Certified center (which I went to), there is no firmware upgrade available for the Beltone First that works with this App, despite the fact that Beltone claims it works with the Beltone First. Addition: I contacted Beltone and they called the Center. Low and behold there was an upgrade and now the hearings aids sync. Still not the same functionality as the iPhone version, cannot hear phone calls through hearing aids.

So far it has been working very well with my S4. It would be fantastic if it could stream bluetooth and Phone !

Wrote this review to say I did get this app to work with my Samsung S7 Edge after taking time off of work and going to my local hearing aid "professional" and walking him through the process of upgrading the firmware on my hearing aides. He was more astonished than I was that the app actually started working with my hearing aides after we upgraded the firmware. lol. Anyway, still cannot stream phone calls or music to my hearing aides, which was a big disappointment as I can do so with my iPad (music only obviously.) Beltone seems reluctant to listen to their Android users and train their staff regarding the use of this app. They certainly have quit responding to these reviews. While other brands were not the first to offer Bluetooth compatible apps, they have certainly passed Beltone in the usefulness of Bluetooth technology with their hearing aids and apps. This is my first and last pair of Beltone hearing aids.

I have installed/uninstalled a dozen times and restarted my phone and I can't get the app to connect via Bluetooth. All it does is go into Demo mode. I also had my Beltone rep talk to audiology dept several times and no one can figure it out. Help!

Works well now!!! Just waiting for the phone feature next.

Not working on android lolipop . I cannot pair my hearing aid to my Galaxy s5 wich was upgraded recently to lollipop

Worked fine for the first 3 weeks. Now since my Samsung Galaxy s5 upgraded to Android 5 lollipop it doesn't work at all. now I can't control my hearing aids at all. please fix , update the app get a 5 star rating Beltone First User

The connection never seems to complete....tried all kinds of ways including pairing directly with the phone (this seems to work) or via the app (does not work). It certainly seems like a nice app, but only if it connects to the hearing devices.

Useless app. Description has stated "continuously making more Android devices compatible" since beginning of 2015. Now it doesn't even work on the Galaxy s5 with Lollipop, it's only officially supported Android phone. As a new user of hearing aids, I should have done more homework and research before spending thousands of dollars on hearing aids with features and enhancements that don't work. Will definitely not purchase Beltone devices next time around.
