App not working. Tried to click on hair and nails link. Did not open. Also I think that for home services ,prices are very high. Salon visits are cheaper.

I used to love their services and called them every month at home. Prices were reasonable but now prices are unheard of. With mediocre services such high prices, not acceptable.

Never pay online on their horrible App.The app just doesn't work and the money gets siphoned away.Even after booking an appointment online you need to call their customer care no. and again book !!!They have a consumer court case on their hands.Ever since Enrich has taken over ,the company has deteriorated.

This organisation only make people fool. They will let you book an appointmemt. Once you book the appointment they wil not send any confirmation messsage and when you enquiry for the same they make you fool that beautician is not avavailable, service is not available in your area and didnt return your money.....Google should remove this app from play store either stop booking on this app... peiple are requested to avoid this app .

I am trying to book slot but it's not allowing me to book... Even the app is updated its still giving issues

Took the belita package of pay 6000 and get 9000 worth services.. Do not fall for it ..you can book services of only 6000 after that it says that we can use belita money to pay only 50% of the bill with max amount being 300 ..also they do not provide updates for your appointment no communication is made if ur appointment is not granted and you keep waiting .. Do not go for belita ..instead try other salon at home services

Wonderful experience. Me and my frndz are really satisfied with d services. Most lovable part is d way the therapists respond to our needs and questionnaires. Happy customers we are! Will definitely suggest lovely ladies for gaining d experience of being pampered so professionally.

I got Belita Glow service yesterday. However the lady providing the service was not a professional. She gave me a very clumsy facial. Facials are supposed to be rejuvenating and relaxing, but not in this case. Her hands were rough and she made me do most of the work eg. washing off the face pack. Also the waxing gave me rashes which I don't get normally. Not customer friendly service as she gave a very casual answer when I showed her the rashes.

Have paid them 5000rs for membership.. 1 month later Wallet in balance shows And am forced to pay again as they have no clue why it shows zero

This is the worst app of salon i have ever seen. Downloading this app is a full waste bcos they never come on time and cancel the appointment.Even they deduct money from belita wallet. It is disgusting. Shame on this app.

I had booked my appointment on 20th December with all my details as well as my address... after that on the day of appointment the people of Belita dont arrive... they after call them they give the reason that they dont come in this particular area...then after that they again call and tell that they dont provide services in row houses but onli in flats...these all are kiddish reasons...if you all have so much rules and regulations then u shud confirm it before placing the appointment...no use of BELITA

Tried to book appointment but the app is getting stuck on the last page before payment confirmation n won't let you go any further. Couldn't book services even after several tries n even after reinstalling the app... pathetic app!!

cancel the urgent appointment at last moment and dont even inform timely so that another arrangement can be made. highly unreliable service.

There's no COD. Had to pay online THRICE and yet bookings were not done. Major Glitch in their app. Don't download or pay.
