I loaded $10 package since 2 days now and can't make a call to Nigeria.. Tried every option they gave and it still says the number is invalid. Their agent couldn't even help me. I should have bought Raza which is the usual one I buy. Is this how Runo works? This is bad

This app is a total waste of time and money. I bought €5 credit and they took another €5 from my account referral fee...my hubby bought €10 and same thing happened. They charge even if you don't get through to the number you are calling...I do not recommend this app at all. It pure rubbish....
