Uninstalling. It only lists the code and disorder name. Useless.

The search function is terrible and there is no organization by category.

Needs work if it is to be useful.

Search does not work. But on the positive it is just what it says, a glossary... a list of the codes in numerical order with the diagnosis.

Needs improvement in the interface. Also please add boolean kind of search feature. I think it has potential but needs work.

Search function calls up "Noncompliance to treatment", regardless of what is entered... needs to be fixed.

wh at a useless POS. If I knew the dx codes well enough to recall them at will I wouldnt need such a thing!

This ap sucks compared to Michael Quach's version. I have even emailed Michael directly asking him to send me another download! Android put it back!

It is great that we can now search by diagnoses through menu and then search meanings... good job!

Very basic. No diagnostic criteria, just the codes. No easy way to search for codes based on diagnosis only other way around. Room for improvement

Not bad for what it is but not what I thought. I thought I cud put n symptoms & generate possible diagnoses.

You can search by code and meaning. Been using this for months. It's not DSM-IV but really comes in handy and it doesn't weigh a lot! Thanks

Same as what's been said need to be able to search by diagnosis not code

This would be better if you could look disorders up by name instead of code.

Will be useful at work for quick search. Use search meaning for words. Otherwise the search is for numbers
