It connected easily for me. My problem is with the analysis. Because my muscle mass is quite high, it says I am overweight. Yet my body fat is low so it also says I'm underweight. Oh and how on earth can it say that my bone mass is overweight? But the scales don't seem to be compatible with other analysis apps so looks like I'll be making my own on a spreadsheet...

Definitely seems like a malicious application, before using it I'd suggest installing, then going to app settings and turning off all the permissions. I've also noticed the gender resets to female all the time, when you exit the app it turns off your Bluetooth and you can't create an account, I thought it was actually asking for my email password but tried a throw away account and that didn't work either. If the scale works without the app is just log your data manually.

I also have had no problems (touch wood) with the app installation and syncing however the English is terrible, to the point that I don't understand the explanation of the analysis. Secondly it doesn't suggest how to fix these problems ie: bone mass overweight? How does one even begin to process that? It's a shame because I really want this app to work and the creators are clearly not far off, they've done the hard part. Just correct the English, and add some suggestions on how to safely achieve the target you've entered.

I noticed it had in my settings set that I was female so I changed it to male however it would not keep the setting it would always switch back to female. Driving me crazy wish they would fix this glitch

Crashed... had to uninstall and reinstall! Lost all my weightloss data. Today decided to register to avoid this and as soon as I did it erased all my data again! Emailed company but have received no reply in 5 weeks. Terrible. Avoid and return your scales. Also why do they need access to your camera? (some people weigh naked!)

It work for a second and then it start to ask for bluetooth permissions even after you say yes it does it like 6 or more time have uninstalled app and reinstalled app a few time

The menu at the bottom should have ME instead of MY...It should be REGISTER instead of REGISTERED...there are many grammatical errors and some Japanese text just showed up randomly when I clicked Login for the first time

The app is terrible. I'm sure most people downloaded it since it logs from the scale you bought. But it has so many bugs. Keeps crashing all the time. Doesn't record the weight most of the time. Calculation of body fat is suspect. Can't keep a record of more than one person in the app. In the real world, there almost always are more than one person in a household using the scale.

Don't waste your money on the scale. The app doesn't even work accurately and the app developers don't look like they will do anything anout it. Avoid at all costs!!

I'm not sure why everyone has such a hard time with this app. I found it easier to connect than any other Bluetooth device I own. I have an LG-V20 and it auto connected as in the directions I received with the scale. My steps: 1. Download app 2. Add my stats 3. Register my email/pw 4. Turn on my phones Bluetooth 5. Step on scale to wake it up 6. App said "scale synced" or something 7. Stand on scale All my data showed up instantly, I didn't have to link my scale to my phone, it just did it in the app. Another reviewer noted it does turn off your Bluetooth on app close, this should be fixed. Otherwise I'm very pleased with my purchase and this app!

The app crashes and freezes my phone on a white screen! I was able to use it once, I have even uninstalled and tried it again but after the first use it crashes again. Very disappointed will be returning the scale.

As soon as I installed the app and connected via Bluetooth. My Antivirus said it had found a Trojan and blocked me going any further. Was looking forward to trying this out

Useless!... can't seem to register and change the sex. Pedometer readings incorrect. Will have to send the scale back due to this app.

I cannot change the gender, therefore all the judgements on the measurements cannot be taken right. Furthermore when I try to reset my pw it does not send any email to do so...It's a pity because the app doesn't look so bad...

What a load of rubbish this app is, won't run on Pixel XL running Oreo. On Nexus 6 running nougat it opens, but won't connect to the scales, when exit app it turns off Bluetooth, if keep pressed on measure you get a popup with Chinese writing and if click it wants to install something, but what is anyone's guess. The options for setting up are also ridiculous, overall totally useless app that won't work with the product it should work with

I am not getting the other parameters related to fat, muscle etc... It only gets weight and the BMI calculated

All works nicely, but I tried to test password recovery service and newer got response.

How to change the sex? It doesn't save it somehow..... Managed to change it under IOS. Not possible with android. Further when you close the app, it shuts down Bluetooth. Why?

Keeps crashing and cant open it

This app it poorly written and doesn't seem to be maintained. It also may be malicious. The scale connected to the app quickly and consistently however the app would crash constantly. It would work long enough to get your weight but then I'd get a bug error that was in Chinese. I ran it through Google Translate and it was a generic error that didn't give any clue to what caused it. In addition to the app crashing it caused my LG G6 to ignore the screen timeout settings. Once the screen hit the timeout period it would dim to 1% instead of turning off the screen. This obviously had a negative impact on battery life. As this was the only questionable app installed on my device I uninstalled it and the issue instantly went away. I can't imagine any legitimate reason the app would need to keep the screen active at all times and as it didn't mention it in the instructions or while installing the app I have to assume it's malicious. I wouldn't trust this app, I've uninstalled it and returned the scale.

Plz Improve the app It has lots of problems such as, it cannot track multiple weights at same time it doesnot show the fat, bmk of another person if already measured with another person earlier plz update it plz

Can't change the gender on android which renders all my results useless. This issue needs fixing

It's easy to connect and use, It's pretty good for the daily lift. Perfect.
