Behrouz - The Royal Biryani

You started with good food and services, but it has degraded over the period. Today food was totally pathetic. It was cold, tasted like a day or two old. Despite multiple feedbacks and verbal instruction today, you again missed an item. I guess it happens when you get famous. I don't think I am going to order from you again. Don't ask me to drop you an email on some id. I have provided feedback on your app as well. If you care at all, you can check yourself.

The biryani tastes very good & is also great value for money. Since I don't eat Raita that came with it, there should be an option for a little bit of gravy like what we get at restaurants. I feel it won't be too much to ask for mint chutney or mayonnaise to go with the snacks. The delivery time is also very fast.

ordered 5kgs for birthday party. the rice used was third quality sticky, thick.some low grade biryani rice. waste of money and bad feedback from guests. wrote complaint on mail its been 3 days still no revert. i need refund. anyways no further orders to behrouz. such a bad customer service n ignorant attitude towards feedback n complaints.

Worst service ever. So so so many times i ordered from the app and thats it. No follow up. No payment refund. No delievery. Just nothing. Worst customer service i have ever by any company in my life. Deserves Zero Stars.

Food quality & quantity was very good no problem at all. Only suggestion for getting 5 ???? is you should provide store contact details directly which will reduce communication gap of exact Order.. and also service​ would be faster atleast for me it took around 2 hrs to place order at Worli branch. Finally fault was of centralised call centre system.

Ordered regular Biryani. Was given delivery time as 45 minutes but got delivered within 30 minutes. Biryani was piping hot and very good. However the discount codes I applied did not work.????

Biryani is so so not so much delicious I eat more then 30-40 restaurant biryani its better then you.. Very disappointed after eating

I am writing this review after ordering thrice from this app. Good things first. The app feels nice, good layout and easy to navigate. Packaging is premium. The gulab jamun with the biryani is nice. Delivery has never been a problem. But what's concerning is the quantity of chicken /mutton in these biryanis. You would b lucky if you get two pieces. And the idea of frozen meat in the dish totally takes away your idea of 1000year old recipe. I'll order from them only as a last option now. Thanks

Biryani without pieces is Behrouz, taste good, but only 2 or 3 pieces will be served, I replaced food 2 times, not worth for money. I am from Hyderabad, Miyapur, no more orders.

First time I ordered from app and even after payment it was not showing my order. After contacting customer care they received my order.. It took one hour and 20 minutes to deliver after calling 3 times to customer care . Better we should order from swiggy and avoid their app

Please check who cooks biryani at NGEF Layout and Kasturi Nagar. I have already provided my feedback multiple times. I had same biryani in other areas and its good. Anyway don't want to take another chance. Uninstalling app now.

9042673 was my order number. The order went beyond scheduled time. The delivery guy could not be tracked. They say that order is on the way but no response. Pathetic management...

the taste, quality is very good and delicious. even the quantity is more than enough. i would definitely recommend it to everyone. me and my friends always order from behrouz. u will not find any home delivered chicken biriyani as good as this one. it is indeed royal masterpiece. its just a bit overpriced thats y i gave 4 star. but still if every one should try this taste.

Delivery within 40 mins. Very tasty biriyani. Huge quantity too, so did not feel shortchanged. Everyone should try it at least once. Giving 4/5 stars due to a glitch I observed in their systems, where I made the order on their website but it disappeared after a while. I panicked and installed the app and it was there(Thanks heavens!). Thanks for the tasty biriyani!!

Few times I have ordered its been a great experience... Only feedback is all biryani the base taste is same.. Not much difference between the flavors.. Needs to be worked on

Good packaging. I liked the taste here. This is not spicy like usual andhra variety where water from nose and eyes modulate the taste. I tried the veg paneer. Maybe nonveg needs more spice. Adequate quantity also. You feel fill and good. More veg varieties please :-) and a bit less price too:-)

Packaging was excellent, biryani was not that tasty, too many cardamom seeds spoiling the taste of the mouth, delivery was good. The biryani was heavy on my pocket.
